"This is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. I was promised that my product was in stock and would be delivered in one to two weeks. After that amount of time, I received an email that it would be another 2 to 3 weeks. AFter that amount of time I called and was told they have no idea when it will come. BUT my credit card was charged over a month prior so I was paying for product that I dont have. So I filed a fraud complaint, got my money back(supposedly). I called the company to tell them about the fraud and stopped payment and that the order should be cancelled. The service rep said he would take care of it. Then called back and said the owner offered to take 50 bucks off my bill if I would wait two more weeks. I thought I was done with them. Now I get a email and phone call that a carrier company has the product, wants to deliver it tomorrow so do I accept it or send it back? After calling the company and having someone rudely explaing the whole "custom order" re-stocking fees, etc I would be hit with huge restocking fees. I will NEVER EVER order from this company. Horrible experience. I was led on constantly and lied to. What they should have done is explain the time frame up front when I placed the order. They knew for sure that the product was NOT in stock and they had NO clue as to when it would be shipped."
"In March of 2011, I had a VERY disappointing experience with Fastfloors.com I purchased tile for my living room and was matching the tile that I already have in my kitchen (the tiles meet next to each other in the hallway so matching was important). I talked with a FastFloors sales representative serveral times on the phone prior to purchasing. He was very helpful and assured me that the tile I was ordering was a match for the tile I have in my kitchen. During one of our conversations, he even put me on hold and called the manufacturer to confirm the match. So I purchased the tile and after MANY delays, the tile was finally delivered. To my surprise, it was not a match as I had been assured by the sales rep. So I called the same sales rep that had been so nice to me prior to my purchase and explained to him that the tile was not a match. Apparently he is only nice prior to purchases and rudely responded "I don't remember ever telling you they were a match." This was after multiple phone calls with him where he was very nice and assured me the new tiles would match my old tiles. I made the mistake of not getting anything in writing so there wasn't much I could do to dispute this. I filed a claim as the sales rep told me to do and have yet to this day, received a phone call from them. I have even left messages with the claims dept and never received one email or phone call from them. So now I have 2 different tiles in my house that connect to each other. I would've preferred to spend more money locally and receive the correct tile that I ordered. This company has extremely poor business ethics and customer service. I wish I had read the reviews listed here prior to doing business with them because there definitely appears to be a pattern. I can safely say I would never do business with them again."
"Fast Floors customer service is horrible!!! I will never order with them again, and I urge everyone else to stay away. I spent a lot of money with them, and I haven't been able to get anyone to return my calls or emails. Seems like they care about making the sale and that's it.
I got the run around when my order didn't ship on time. Part of my order arrived damage, and they aren't even courteous enough to return an email when I have a question. What a horrible experience!"
"I ordered wood flooring valued at $1484.37 from Fast Floors on 3/14/2011 and my credit card was billed for the full amount on 3/15/2011. The invoice said the flooring would be shipped within 48 hours of placing the order and delivered 7-10 days after the order is shipped. I never received the order after 8 weeks of waiting. I also never received any correspondence from Fast Floors to verify the order was received or shipped. I disputed the charge with my credit card company a week ago. I started calling Fast Floors on 4/18 and called 7 times until 5/4/2011 to determine the source of the problem. I spoke with Monica Delgato, Mike MaCool, Misty Wilmore, Regina Watkins and Lucy. Each time I was told the order was expected to be received and shipped within a couple of days; they blamed the "mill" for poor performance. I never received even one email from Fast Floors about this order. However, I received 3 SALES emails from Fast Floors trying to sell me MORE wood flooring, so I know our server was not blocking their correspondence. I was told 4 times by different people I would be called "right back" by Tony Cuzo or Gerard Cuzo (Owners). They never called me. I asked 3 different people to cancel the order and was told it COULD NOT be canceled because the wood flooring was in transit. I finally acquired some email addresses of the persons with whom I had spoken and sent them an email demanding cancellation of the order. The next day Mike MaCool called me to apologize and said one of the Owners would call me the next day. No one ever called. I just logged into my account on their website and the order has mysteriously been canceled.
This was BY FAR the most offensive, ridiculous e-commerce transaction I've had to endure. I've had hundreds of successful transactions with other vendors, so I know Fast Floors is the negative exception to good business. Fast Floors is consumed by Negligence.
I've also contacted the Florida State Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau concerning this event. A little web research resulted in finding numerous similar complaints.
Concerning all the positive reviews on this website: It seems as though anyone can post a review, even Fast Floors employees perhaps. Do not be suckered by their low prices. "
"I wanted to commend Fast Floors for the fantastic customer service provided by one of their associates, Gerard Cuozzo. I was concerned whether a large delivery truck would be able to fit into my street, and Gerard followed up with the actual freight company and got back to me promptly with the requested information. "I don't know what to make of this company. Things started out well enough. One of their customer service reps found me a supply of flooring which had been discontinued by the manufacturer. I was very pleased and waited for delivery, this was on 4/1. A week later on 4/7, I called for status and was told by a rep and was sent an e-mail to verify that the flooring would be in their warehouse in 2 to 3 weeks and I would receive an e-mail with a delivery date. No problem, waited till 4/28 and called to check status. Was told truck was in transit to their warehouse and due the next day which was a Friday or Monday. Waited till Monday and called. This time was told another week delay. I was upset by now, but I kept my cool and asked for a supervisor. Was told a supervisor wasn't available and a callback was the best they could do. Said fine and waited for a call. In the meantime, composed an e-mail detailing my situation. I received back an e-mail telling me to call customer service. The rep who wrote the e-mail completely ignored that I already called customer service. Wrote back I was really frustrated with the answers I was getting and I just wanted them to be honest and just let me know if I would ever receive my flooring. and if not, would they cancel the order. About 4 hours later, Gerard, a supervisor calls back, apologizes that their systems are messed up and that there never was a supply of the discontinued flooring. Obviously,no delivery so I asked that the order be cancelled. Gerard assured me that would be done and a e-mail would be sent to me to verify that my credit card which was charged be credited. That was 5/2, called back once and sent an email, nothing. It's not like I was abusive with anyone I talked to. I've worked in customer service and am sensitive to folks who do the job.Now, I'm going to have to call my credit card company and hassle with them to file a claim. I wonder how long this company would have strung me along before telling me the truth and then act like they're the ones who were screwed. I wished I would have read some of these reviews before doing business with this company. Beats me how they stay in business . At this point,don't care about not getting the flooring, stuff happens-I accepted apology, however, they should do me the courtesy of getting me a refund soon enough so I can wash my hands of this and get it behind me. Update 5/12/2011: According to their response,it was the manufacturer's error. They knew the flooring was discontinued as stated early in my review. The rep knew and found me a supply from another source. Who are they kidding? I see an apology and an offer about a discount that was to be e-mailed. I'm still waiting for any e-mail-be it an offer or verification of my refund. Hey, what do you call a transaction in which money is exchanged between parties, but one of the parties has no intention on doing their part, but wants to keep the money?"

"I would not recommend unless you don't care if your order is on time and expect no communication. On one call, I was told it would be in on Friday. A couple days later, I get an email telling me they will let me know the status. I'm close to disputing the charge on my credit card!"
"Just plain awful, stay far away read the 1 star ratings should be called SLOWFLOORS...
First sales people are extremely arrogant like flooring should be common sense. I just know very little about flooring and a lot about my profession.
Moving on, getting email responses was very difficult on 2 occassions during order process.
Even worse is many weeks ago my credit card was charged 1500.00 and no tracking number has been sent to me or communicated. I called and emailed for help with none given. Phone reps indicated that only processing could help didnt and wouldnt get a manager. It is April 19th today I placed my order on the 1st of March lol....
Won't be returning. Going to credit card company to see if they can take action and atleast dispute the charge. "

"Probably this advice goes for many websites other than Amazon.com: Use common sense when ordering a floor. I used the website for information only, and then called their number (1-800-764-1212) to place my order. Be friendly, these are real folks who really work there, it helps to be nice. Ask if your floor is in stock NEARBY, or just in stock. The website doesn't tell you that. If time is crucial, you want a floor which is in stock NEARBY. Establish a relationship with your sales rep. My rep was Bill, he was very friendly and extremely helpful. He double-checked FIRST, to see if my order was indeed in stock nearby and hesitated to promise me a faster than 2 week delivery. But my floors arrived after an astonishing 4 days! I told Bill straight up I had read about him here on resellerratings.com and I would write him a good review, if my order arrived well or vc/vs if it wouldn't. My order arrived extremely fast, very well packaged and I could not be more pleased. Thanks Bill, and here is my good review, as promised. It's only fair.
PS: Keep in mind that most people are more likely to write a review when they are disappointed, and not when they are satisfied ..."
