Telephone number provided on credit card authorization not in service. Telephone number off website registrar notin service. Address for returns is UPS drop box. Company owner apparently one Charles Shunshing Tsang. Better Business Bureau has more than 160 complaints. Be afraid. "I ordered an extended life battery and cover combo on August 8th. It took me 2 e-mails and a month before I got my order. After the second e-mail I was told it was shipped and probably got lost in the mail. Amazingly, after they said they would send it out a second time I received my order. After seeing other reviews I think they only sent it out once."
