"Honestly while the prices are good I'm not sure if they simply don't have what they claim to have in stock. Too often, I've ordered something and it takes days before it ships with no clear explanation as to why. There should be no reason that "in stock" inventory should take longer from Connecticut to New York than items ordered from a different retailer shipping from California. It is extremely frustrating. Additionally items returned under warranty or as cores (to recoup core charges) seemingly go unprocessed for days on end. I'm not sure what FCP is doing but frankly I'm fed up. I always order more than $200 in items from FCP but am starting to think it's best I do my business elsewhere. I'd love to support a reputable retailer of German automotive parts on the East Coast but it seem, FCP doesn't want to be it. I'm not sure if they've grown too fast, are understaffed or just overwhelmed by their own process. I must say, when the parts eventually arrive, they seem to be of good quality. Additionally, while I'm on my soap box, please put useful product descriptions in your product descriptions. Telling us how Meyle makes a good product doesn't actually tell me anything about the product itself. It has taken some poking and prodding and direct emailing to get results. Lastly, please re-work your search engine to take product numbers in the BMW format more readily. For example: 13-54-1-703-588 and 13 54 1 703 588 should be just as fine as 13541703588. It'll make it a bit easier for customers to find things especially if they understand the OEM part numbering, which MOST enthusiasts do understand."
