"Absolutely top notch in quality, customer service, and cost effectiveness. The ECSPC company is definitely a shining light in the online made to order computer business. "My second computer with Envision. First one worked flawlessly for 5 years. Second one worked perfectly from boot up. Customer service is excellent. If you aren’t sure of what you want, call them. No hard sell, just good information. Very highly recommended."

"This was the third computer I have purchased from Envision. Each time the person I talked with was totally helpful and courteous and each time the computer was built and shipped in a very timely manner and arrived with no problems.

When I have had questions of a technical nature and called them, I have gotten an immediate response and a solution to my problem.

I recommend Envision to anyone purchasing a new computer."

"Envision was thoroughly professional throughout the ordering and shipment process. They sent emails with appropriate concerns about my order and answered my questions promptly, usually the same day.

The computer has functioned perfectly. I have had no cause to "test" tech support.

Although you pay a little more for a good computer, you get to customize everything and the company is very good obviously."

"Have bought from these guys before over the last few years and they are still great! Just purchased a relatively bare machine rather than my usual routine of putting it together myself - when the order was delayed one day due to a part backorder they upgraded my shipping for free without asking. Fast service, machine was well put together and with all the 'extra' parts and manuals included. Two thumbs up!"

"I found this vendor while using resellerratings.com. After visiting their site, fiddling with the excellent computer design page they maintain, and talking with them personally on the phone, I ordered a new computer from them. They kindly pointed out a duplication of function in my choices of options and saved me around $50 dollars on the cost of my machine. It was delivered promptly in excellent working order. In May 2006, when the power supply failed. When I called about the problem they were very helpful in diagnosing the problem and immediately offered to send me a replacement power supply.

I have nothing but high praise for their website and the personnel I have had the pleasure of communicating with. They have always been courteuous and prompt in my contacts with them. I definitely recommend these folk if your in the market for a new computer."

"I would not consider purchaseing computer equipment from anyone else. Envison has proven to my company time after time that their service is excellent and the products alway meet our needs and they never try to sale us something we don't need. I have also referred them to numerous other businesses and have always received positive feed back. "

"The best thing about this company is the lack of attitude. If you require something, they will simply help you. No hassles, no buck passing back to manufacturers, no delaying tactics, no BS.

Envision built a custom Athlon 64 system for me nearly a year ago. Aside from a very minor assembly error everything has been first rate, and in every situation their response has always been an honest & positive "can do".

Several months after my purchase, my PC was hit with a catastrophic virus attack. Envision was there to assist. When the motherboard started to act up recently, I returned the system and they replaced the board with a new one, upgrading the video card at my request. The machine was reconfigured, tested, and returned - all very promptly.

It's truly been a lifesaver to be able to get through to a support person quickly when help is needed. These folks are very knowledgeable about what hardware works well and what doesn't, too. You might pay a bit more with Envision than with some other builders, but it's like having a good mechanic...they take care of you."
