"This is the second time I've purchased a computer system from Envisions. I came back because I was pleased with their service the first time. Their employees are always polite and thoroughly answer my questions. I am not rerouted to India for support!

Their components and systems are reasonably proced and come complete with ALL documentation and retail components.

Would I buy from them again? You bet."

"Bought a system in October of 2003. That is correct October of 2003. I was reading up on the company to see how they were doing. My system is still going strong. I have not had any problems with anything in the system. It just keeps on rolling. Just wanted everone to know how dependable the systems that Todd puts togeher are. "

"I had Envision Computer Solutions build a computer for me using their online configurator mainly because it was the easiest to use, and most comprehensive of any that I could find, and I did a lot of research before choosing ECS. Their high ranking (well deserved) was the other reason for choosing ECS. I didn't want an off the shelf computer. I wanted specific components and features, and using their configurator, I was able to configure the system that I wanted. Mine is an AMD Athlon 64 3200 with an Asus K8V deluxe Motherboard, Corsair 1024 mb of ram, Liteon DVD-RW, and ATI Radeon All-in-wonder 9800 Pro (this is a fantastic video card). I have Windows XP operating system. I am really pleased with the way these guys assembled my system. The only gripes that I have are with the liteon DVD-RW. Their web site is difficult if not impossible to find any support. I had difficulty backing up data to disc, which would seem to be the easiest thing for a DVD-RW to do. My computer came with Pinnacle studio 8 DVD editing software, which was by far the easiest to use of the 4 or 5 that came with the system, but didn't seem to work with the Liteon DVD-RW. The other problem is that the K8V motherboard does support 5.1 surround sound, but It uses up all onboard inputs and outputs to do so. The All-in-wonder 9800 pro requires an audio input to the motherboard or sound card for TV audio from the TV tuner, so I had to purchase a sound card for this to work properly. These are not gripes with ECS, just issues to be aware of. They did a great job building my system, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Todd is easily acccessible, easy to talk to, and genuinely interested in making sure that you are happy with your purchase. "

"Excellent seller. I purchased an AMD system that had some hardware problems and they sent replacement parts quickly and without hassle. Excellent response time to calls and emails, but I would hope for evening and weekend tech support some day.

"This order was a warrantee repair and an upgrade. ECS provided great support in setting up the new system and prompt replacement of a part damaged in shipping. Upgrade prices were very competitive and warrantees made good. I am pleased with my third purchase from ECS.

"I have had an ECS computer for 2 1/2 years. I use it extensively for email, internet and digital photography.

The power supply failed recently so I called and they immediately sent me a new one under warranty. I have had only one other problem, a bad hard drive early on which was also promptly replaced.

All my dealings with Todd at ECS have been exceptionally hassle free. They are easy to contact, knowledgable and helpful. The computer has performed wonderfully and when there was a problem it was promptly remedied.

I would certainly recommend them to anyone and would purchase again from them."

"First Rate Company. Answered all of my questions and concerns promptly and professionally to alleviate any possible concerns I had about compatibility of components or skepticism about buying a system on-line. Todd was very helpful. Envision Computer Solutions offered competitive pricing and shipping costs were minimal, in fact free if order is at or over $1,000 which was a nice touch.

I ordered an Intel Pentium 4 3.o GHz system, with 430 watt case, P4P800-s Ausus motherboard, 1 Gig of Ram (Corsair value select), Sapphire Radeon 9600 XT 256 MB Graphics card, Lite On DVD-R/CDRW. I received the system in two days via FedEx ground delivery, opened the case up and everything was very professionally installed with cables neatly bundled. The system has been running non stop with great efficiency since I received it. Im a satisfied customer to this point and highly recommend Envision Computer Solutions."

"I am very happy with the quality and value of the Intel system that I purchased from ECS. I did a lot of research, and in the end I opted to go with ECS over Dell because of ECS' competitive pricing, their larger and higher quality selection of components, and the excellent service that I received from Todd *before* making the purchase. The system has run nonstop since it arrived, and it has work flawlessly."

"Discovered Resellerrattings.com over two years ago when purchasing my last computer. Bought one from a highly rated seller and was extremely satisfied. When I decided to get a new one, went back to the site and discovered ECS (my old vendor was no longer in business). Anyway, ECS was at the top, so I figured they had to be good. Bought a system which included a P4 2.8, twin RAID striped 80G WD hard drives with a third hard card to use as a ghost drive, a good Gainward video card with dual monitor capability, CD ROM, DVD writer, XP Pro, and an 18" flat panel monitor. Total system was $1907. Couldn't be happier! First, unlike Dell, Midwest Micro, and Gateway (from whom I or family members have purdhased from in the past), when you call these people, a KNOWLEDGABLE individual answers the phone IN THREE RINGS OR LESS and immediately provides the service you need. My system arrived with a bent case panel (box was damaged by Fedex - not the fault of the vendor). Turned out the system worked fine, and that only the case was damaged. I called back with that info, and Todd told me that he would send the new panel and I could use the bent one for target practice. It is certainly a pleasure not to spend over one and a half hours on "hold" waiting to speak to someone, only to get some one who can't help and tells someone will call you back within the next 5 days. So, if you are buying, FORGET about all of the BIG vendors. Just call Todd at ECS, and he'll fix you up.

"Once again, this has been a fantastic choice. I bought from ECS about three years ago after seeing their ranking on resellerratings, and I wasn't disappointed. Todd Keller is a fantastic resource. I emailed him my needs, and he responded the same day on every occaision. He gave me honest answers and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. As always, I enjoy talking to one of the people who runs the company every time I call without being put on hold.

My new computer works as promised straight out of the box. What more can you ask for?"

"OK computer shoppers. If you read one review on this site, make it this one. I am writing this review with my incredible new computer from Envision Computer Solutions. I have shopped, studied, and logged hundreds of hours on the internet searching for the best price I could get on a computer without compromising quality. Of course, I first hit the usual suspects (Dell, Gateway, and the like), but was not pleased with the price or the ability to customize to my liking. At those sites you are usually bound by a limited number of component choices within each system. Next, I went to all the specialty and boutique vedors (Falcon Northwest, Voodoo PC, Alienware, Etc.). Excellent quality and craftsmanship, but at a tremendous price. Also, though not to the extent of the big boys, they have a tendency to lock you into a certain range of component choices. Not what I wanted. I had finally decided to go with a PC from ABS PC as they had the best rating that I knew of on this site, good quality and components, and a fair price. Then I happened to notice Envision Cmputer Solutions' high rating on this site. I recognized the name almost immediately, as they are located in Salina, Kansas, right across the street from where I work. So I went to their web site. WOW! Finally! A company that would let me configure a computer the way I wanted. I was ecstatic! Then I looked at the price. Even lower than a lesser configuration I had come up with on ABS' web site. I was sold. I went into the shop shortly thereafter to order the computer I had dreamed about for well over a year. Every member of the staff was polite and helpful, but I have to send a special thank you to Todd. He worked with me and my configuration, as I had one or two special parts I wanted that weren't on the web site. No problem. He was also able to make suggestions that increased performance and kept the cost the same. I was very impressed not only with his knowledge of his business, but also his superior customer service. I ordered the computer that day, and was told it would be ready in about a week. This was much less time than I had expected, and a lot less than you'll find at most online vendors. True to their word, my beautiful computer was delivered one week later, and it is outstanding! This has been a rather long review, but this company is well deserving of it. If you are shopping for any computer - gaming, home use, etc. - , you must check out this company's website. They are well worth your time. If you live within the state of Kansas, drive out to Salina and visit the best computer shop out there. You won't regret it."
