We would absolutely buy again from Emma Parker & Co.

My husband and I purchased my engagement setting from another Seattle company, which was beautiful but overall a terrible customer service experience. Unwilling to work any further with that custom jeweler (Hint: It's in Northgate) to purchase the loose diamond main stone, we began looking looking online. We found the website and were impressed with the prices, and even happier to see that the company was located right here in the Puget Sound!
After contacting Tim with our specifications, he spent about a month looking for the right stone. Because we already had the setting, the diamond had to be very specific to fit it. He was even pickier than we were! Long story short, despite knowing our budget, Tim got us a beautiful emerald cut for about $2,000 less than what we were willing to spend.
Tim's diamond technology in the office is impressive, he did all the paperwork for our insurance purposes, and even had the diamond set for about 1/7 of the price that other "___ Lake ___ ___" place was willing to. (They tried to charge us $500 just for setting the stone, even after we bought our setting there!)
We've recommended Emma Parker & Co. to all our friends, and as we look to purchase a pair of diamond solitaire earrings for me this Christmas, we will definitely be consulting Tim.

"My experience with Emma Parker & Co was fantastic. I came across their website and could not fault their beautiful designs. I was astounded when their prices fit into our budget. Tim helped me design my dream engagement ring. He guided me through the whole process and even though I was on the other side of the world, he kept me up to date on the process, sending me emails and photos.

I would be happy to order through Emma Parker again, their diamonds are fabulous. "

"Emma Parker is the absolute BEST when it comes to customer service and jewelery! I first contacted them in 2008 regarding an engagement ring. I was a bit hesitant to order my engagement ring online, but from the first email Tim made me feel as if I was the only customer he had. I felt like I had known him for years! Tim is the ultimate customer service person. He worked with me to custom make an engagement ring for under $1000.00 that I have received compliments on almost every day I wear it. Nearly 3 years later I have returned to Emma Parker to create a custom wedding band. I was recently asked to talk about the most incredible customer service experience I have had. The first experience that came to my mind was Emma Parker. I always find it incredible that although I have only communicated with Tim via email, I feel as if he is one of my dearest friends. The care, quality, professionalism and attention Emma Parker has provided to me far surpasses any experience I have had online or in person! I cannot say enough great things about Tim and Emma Parker. I know buying jewelery online is a bit of a gamble, but if you put your trust in Tim and Emma Parker you will not be sorry. I have recommended Emma Parker to many people and I will continue to do so. I know I will always have a friend in Tim and my only regret is that they are all the way in Washington state, so Tim will not be able to attend my wedding. I will be forever grateful to Tim and Emma Parker for making my engagement ring so beautiful and so memorable and I'm sure my wedding band will be equally gorgeous! Emma Parker is the BEST and I cannot recommend them enough!"

"I knew what my girlfriend dreamed of as a perfect ring, but after searching high and low there really wasnt much on offer in that style. Then I found Emma Parker & Co and they had the perfect ring at the perfect price. I contacted them immediately and Tim Andre responded, we went back and forth through email designing the perfect ring and even when i had difficulty waiting for my funds to come through to buy it, he was very patient and managed to keep the diamond price the same.
When it came to paying I was very nervous about doing this online so I did my research! I had contacted all the ring designers to ensure the legitimacy of the company- All of them responded quickly to inform me that Tim is one of the best in the trade. So with my fears and nerves calmed I made my payments. 2 weeks later I had the perfect ring with the perfect diamond, looking even better then I could have imagined.
I will recommend this company to anyone, Tim really cares about you and your needs and is very patient, never pushy and works well within your budget.
Thanks Tim for helping to make my engagement all the more special with a ring I believe she loves more the me!"

This experience was intimidating going into it. I spent a lot of time going to local jewelers and speaking with a couple companies that i found online. None of them could hold a candle to Tim and his company Emma Parker. Initially Tim and I had a conversation on the phone and from there on I knew I found my person. Tim was very hands on through out the process and was very responsive when i had a question. My fiance was blown away by the ring and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase some beautiful jewelry. I will most definitely use this company again in my future and I highly recommend to anyone to do the same.

"Purchasing the setting for our engagement ring was a fabulous experience with Tim. He helped us with the custom design created by Adam at Sareen. He was quick to respond with ideas and he was patient. The results are fabulous and now we are ordering the wedding bands to match. After a not so wonderful experience with a jeweler in San Francisco this was a refreshing experience. We will shop with Tim again... and again!"

"I have to agree with all the other reviews - Working with Emma Parker & Co. was the best thing I could have done! I had scoured stores and the internet looking for a jewelry store that would simply talk straight to me and help think through the process of an engagement ring setting. I was initially discouraged, finding other online stores to be helpful when it came to getting prices on items, but unable to assist me in any customization requests.

Tim and Emma Parker & Co. were different. Not only were they willing to sell me a setting without a center stone (I already had a diamond) But Tim responded quickly to every question I had, right on down to the type of metals that they alloy their gold with! (You'll forgive me, I don't buy jewelry often, and I get very OCD when it's as important a thing as an engagement ring!)

At final count, I must have emailed back and forth with Tim 40 times, and every time he was polite, helpful and genuinely interested in helping me make the right decision. When it came time to finally order the setting, I had some issues on my end with the online buying, so Tim actually CALLED me to confirm the order over the phone! The setting was crafted in 2 weeks, and upon completion, Tim sent pictures, and shipped it out IMMEDIATELY, via next day air!

The service was wonderful, friendly, down to earth and far less intimidating than any other experience I had - not to mention their jewelry was unique and very clearly and fairly priced.

My now fiancee cannot stop talking about how beautiful the ring is - I highly recommend you check out Emma Parker & Co. They run a business the way I feel it should be run with people and service at the core of what they do. They have earned a repeat customer for sure! Thanks again for a wonderful experience!!

"Having spent several months crawling through every local jewelery store I could find, and coming up either empty handed or with a price tag several times larger than the actual stone itself, I turned to online stores.

Starting with a stone really limits options, as most local stores are very hesitant to deal with you if you only need a setting, but quickly I made it to Emma Parker after speaking to some other sites and being treated rudely or in an off hand fasion.

Tim was different. He was more concerned with making me happy than actually selling me something. We spent many days chatting back and forth, and every time he was not only very quick to respond, but extremely friendly and polite.

We eventually decided on a custom setting. Not only was the price amazing, the final quality and attention to detail was astounding throughout the whole process. Never before was my interests the primary goal of any merchant.

I highly enourage everyone to simply pick up the phone and to speak with Tim, as it was simply refreshing and delightful to work with him.

"My recent purchase with Emma Parker was nothing short of amazing. My wife had been looking for an engagement ring for some time and came across Emma Parker online. We had been to every jeweler in our area and could not find that "perfect" ring or stone but E.P's selcetion of Sareen rings was just what she was looking for. Not only did Tim answer questions about his line of jewelery but educated us on aspects of buying a diamond and his suggestion of a Solasfera cut diamond was superb.

Being the skeptic I am I went to other jewelers armed with this information and often their "experts" had no information on anything other than their particular line. With Tim no request was impossible and he was more interested in HELPING us with OUR ring rather than SELLING us HIS. Too many times we encountered other sales people pushing only what was behind the glass.

From start to finish Tim kept us updated and when the ring was completed, communication continued. We look forward to working with Emma Parker in the future."

"I just have to say that this was a GREAT EXPERIENCE. I admit I was a little nervous about ordering an engagement ring online for obvious reasons but I COULD NOT be happier. Tim was absolutely great and I never had to wait more then a couple hours for a response from him and he was always very friendly. He gave me the exact specs on the ring that I ordered before I ordered it, told me about their military discount, and kept me informed every step of the way. The ring is without doubt perfect!! Believe me I have been dating this girl for 10 years now so I needed it to be perfect and I can tell you I have been looking for a ring for over 2 years now. Emma Parker is second to none. I looked everywhere, (Tacori, Kay, Blue Nile, Shane Co, Walter and Hogsett just to name a few) and the one I purchased was infinitely superior to them in terms of quality and price. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY suggest before you take this big step to look at what Emma Parker has and get in contact with Tim. Even though I never met him, or contacted him via phone, I felt so comfortable the whole time I was working with him, much more then I can say for the pushy sales people I actually did meet. Take it from me, Emma Parker is a Wonderful Company and Tim Andre actually cares about the name of the company and the products they sell, again, much more than I can say for people who just saw me as a quick sale. Check them out, you have nothing to loose and EVERYTHING to gain.
Also, my Fiancée and myself will be getting our wedding bands from Emma Parker, strictly because of the great experience I had and the quality that was delivered. I will and have recommended Emma Parker to friends and family and will continue to do so. I also plan on using Emma Parker for ALL future purchases. If you have ever herd "Now you have a friend in the diamond business" that simply is not true until you contact Tim! "

"I can only describe our experience with Tim and EMMA PARKER & CO as a step back in time.
Tim was the "old time" shop keeper, a neighbor you might deal with and see on the street each day. He and his company gave us a sense of trust, something not easy to have in this day of dealing with the internet and people you might never see face to face.
My husband and I were shopping for a birthday present for our eldest granddaughter. We had bought a deep blue tanzanite stone for a ring when she was only 3 years old, guided to it by it's color, blue, the color of her eyes. It meant a lot to us to get just the right setting for this stone. She had looked at it and known it was hers for all her life and waited for the promised "special" ring that was to be made for her on her 18th birthday.
We came across EMMA PARKER & Co on line after giving up our search for a local jewelry store to complete our gift.
Tim was so helpful from the very first conversation. We knew he was a man who knew just what to do.
Tim was a dream to work with. He made the specially designed ring come to life. He not only delivered more than was promised but did so on a very tight schedule.
Don't hesitate to work with this company. You will NOT be disappointed by the product, nor Tim's remarkable ethics, knowledge and sensitivity to your desires."
