"Simply put, they're con artists. I gave away about $70 to them and never received anything. I insisted in writing to them both via regular e-mail, via eBay personal messages and via the eBay dispute resolution console, with no significant answer and no item.
Let's see how the discussion developed: ------------------------------ Me: "Hello. I just want to know when will my item arrive. I bought it 11 days ago.
Best regards, mikefloyd_painter"
Emartscam: "Items are shipped the same day we receive payment. Usual shipping time is 5-15 business days (not applicable for GET IT FAST deliveries) . We ship all of our items by USPS for shipments from USA and Royal Mail for shipments from UK. We do not have a tracking number available for this transaction.

Me: "Hello. I bought this item from you on July 10. On a message I sent you (July 21) I asked you when it would arrive and you said it would take 5-15 days. However, I haven't received it yet. It's been 35 days now. Is this normal for international shippings?
Best regards"
Them: "We are processing an insurance claim to find out what happened to your package."
Me: "Hello.
How's the insurance claim process? Best regards,
Miguel Lescano"
Them: "You are on our file. We are looking into it."
Me: "Hello.
It's now been more than a month and a half since I paid for this item, and still haven't received it. All I want now is a full refund. By the way, I still haven't rated you at ebay, because this problem hasn't been resolved yet.
Best regards,
Miguel Lescano."
Them: No answer.
After that point, I realized that I was just wasting my time. I resorted to Paypal to eBay, just to find out that all their insurances against fraud are completely worthless.
Do yourself a favor and check store ratings sites before buying. "
"Bought item on ebay as this seller also uses ebay to sell. Service is abismal. Response to emails is slow, at best, most of the time they do not reply. When i obtained his details from ebay and phoned him, he said the item was out of stock, having sent me an email over a week ago, saying it had been posted. He then tried to offer an alternative "unbranded" memory, and reluctantly agreed to a refund. It remains to be seen as to weather or not i receive this!"
"very unsatisfied with falsely advertised product i purchased a 4gb compact flash card that was supposedly 150x, but when i tested it in different computers and devices, it consistently tested below 20x."
"Ordered Compact Flash from them through Amazon. After 4days of them not shipping my item, I wrote an email asking about the status of my order. About an hour later I got a reply saying my order has been cancelled due to item being out of stock. I checked Amazon right away to see if that same item is still on the listing. Guess what? Still on there w/ same price and indicated as "in stock". They basically wasted my time. What a horrible experience. I wonder if all those positive feedbacks on Amazon are legit."
"I was sent a DOA chip and then when I shipped it back at my expense was charged several dollars for returning it. Also this company charges me for Postal Insurance and did not buy it. The memory was not the brand he said either it was a no Name rather than Micron, a well known brand.
These company and fastmemoryman his eBay Id have several pages of being cheated by this company.
"Ordered item on November 5th and received on 8th. Item in perfect condition just as described. Just wish seller would provide better communication as far letting you know when item was shipped and automatically sending you the trackin number. Had to contact seller for this information, but was given it in a very timely fashion. Would recommend them and would buy from them again. Want to add that I placed my order through Amazon.com, not through Emartbuy.com website. Their direct web site looks a bit suspicious with everything priced as $1000????"

"Item shipped in good physical condition, but a complete absence of customer service when an issue arose left a bad taste in my mouth. Vendor offered resolution, but the offer was too little too late. The complete absence of any phone number on their website should have been a good indicator of what was to come. Item also not as advertised and hence price paid was in excess of value."
