In terms of processing your order and shipments, I felt that area needed significant improvement but I am NOT complaining, I can be a little impatient like a boy waiting for the candy store to open so he can spend his $2 dollars that his uncle gave him. "I called their toll free number to inquire about an open box item. To my surprise the salesman offered me a brand new Definitive Technology SuperCube 2000 for only a few dollars more. Of course I scooped up that deal in an instant. So far so good. And it kept being good. Sub arrived a day early, in perfect shape, and sounds terrific.
Overall this was a very pleasant experience. Plus if you are into old school audio, try to get Rich H. to talk to you. This guy knows his stuff, and he has a lot of stuff. Very cool dude."
