"I ordered this for a nephew's b-day which is on the 15th.Well it started out really good, they had a problem with my billing address and shipping address being different. I called Tuesday afternoon and cleared that up. Didn't hear anything from them til i sent a email thursday morning and it said that they were pulling off the shelf and shipping it. Didn't get a email saying it shipped so I sent another email friday afternoon saying why I ordered it and his party was monday afternoon, it was my gift for him ect. Got a email saturday afternoon saying it shipped and tracking #. Won't show up on time and I won't order anything from them again. When I ordered it the main reason I ordered from them was it said ship's with in 24 to 48hrs 4 days later it finally shipped. If your in a hurry for something don't order from here its slow and you have to contact them for any info."

"Well, don't shop at the Hermitage, TN store. I bought a range and loved it at the store, asked them if they'd come down on the price (all the other local stores will) and they said they'd only come down $20 because it was already on sale (however, their "sale" price was a normal price at other stores). Anyway, the range looked awful in my kitchen, so I went to the store the day after delivery and told them I wanted to exchange the range for another one (which happened to cost more). The sales person looked so shocked - like no one had ever done that before and said he'd have to check with the manager. I told him there was no checking, I was going to get an exchange or my money back. He came back and said it was approved for this one time (Like I'm a total idiot and I'm going to keep exchanging ranges forever!) and there would be a $50 deliver charge. I assume the $50 was my "punishment". I did pay the $50 because I was afraid if I didn't, and moved it myself, then they would claim some scratch or dent was my fault and then we'd have a really big mess. No one called me about a delivery schedule - I had to call them and they returned my call in the evening. I bought the most recent range on Wednesday and they "can't possibly" deliver it until the next Tuesday. A week for delivery??? Why?? If they had not have such a smarty attitude, I was planning on buying a new 'fridge and washer and dryer for my new home, but I won't now. Who wants to wait a whole week for delivery? Who wants to have someone try to talk down to you just because you didn't like THEIR item and want to exchange it for something better? I've owned my own business my whole adult life, and I'd fire their store manager if that was my store. Should never insult a woman - we pass on information like that to everyone we know."

"I ordered a projector on January 26th 2010. I did not receive shipping/tracking information within a week after my purchase so I called. It turns out the only projector the company had was opened and they weren’t sure what was wrong with it. I was told that the sales team would contact Sony to possibly find a new one if Sony still had any (the product was discontinued). I was told that I would be contacted within the week (2 weeks ago) about the order. I did not hear back. I called again the following Monday (last Monday). The sales person I spoke with said a new one had been ordered from Sony (scheduled to arrive to your warehouse last Wednesday) and that it would be then shipped to me via 2-day air. I did not receive anything. I called again today and the sales person I spoke to said there were no notes about my order and that nothing was ordered from Sony and that the only thing they could do was sell me the used one for $30 off or cancel the order. This person refused to believe me or display any apology on behalf of the company. They were rude and not helpful. "

"Terrible company. I wish buy.com didn't affiliate with them as I purchased this through buy.com. My order was quick and easy enough and they shipped my new Blue Ray player very fast and it got here right away. The problem is the unit is defective. After it's been running and you shut it off the next time you go to turn it on it won't turn on. The only way to get it to come on again is to unplug it for a few minutes, plug it back in and try again. Sometimes it takes 10-15 tries to get it to turn back on. I contacted theire customer service dept on the phone on 1/9. Their automated call answering system kept me on hold for an hour before disconnecting me finally. I sent an email after that on the same day, 1/9 and got no response as of 1/13. On 1/13 I called again and this time got a human who would not return the item because it was more than 15 days!!!!!!! I have a copy of an email on 1/9 and I have an auto response email I got from them the same day! 12/28 to 1/9 is not 15 days! I filed a dispute now with my CC company. Stay away from these people!"

"Ok, I made my purchase at night. 10:30 PM EST. I figured that within one working day the order would be processed. Nope. Ok 2 days (1/6/10) Nope. Called EE CS twice now. Same lady on the phone. Nice enough, but the item still has not shipped and the same story. It should go out tomorrow. (1/7/10). Called EE CS to check shipping status. Still nothing shipped. She could clearly tell I was not at all pleased and apologized. I ordered from this company due to the proximity to my residence. They claim to be in Avenel, NJ. About an hour from me. I figured it would only take a few days to get here. Well now the time has come and gone to get the project completed and I am without product. Apologizes can only go so far. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THIS RETAILER if you can call them that. I will update if I ever get the products.

"On March 17 I placed an order through Amazon that was filled by Electronic Express. Based on some of the the reviews posted on store ratings, I was reluctant to buy, but decided to take a chance. On March 19 I received my FedEx tracking number and the order was delivered on March 23. The order was well packaged and I was pleased with the communication and handling of the order. "

"EXTREMELY dissatisfied...placed/paid for order(Christmas (Xmas) gift) with guarenteed delivery prior to Xmas. Recieved delivery of cheaper/inferior product the day before Xmas. Called Electronic Express (EE) Customer Service (CS) and was instructed to ship it back for replacement with correct product. FedEx failed to pickup return package after 3 days. Brought package to FedEx store and was told that I would have to pay to have it shipped back, as EE FedEx shipping # was no good. Called EE CS again and was instucted again to leave it out for FedEx pickup again...this time FedEx did pick it up. I tracked the package back to EE 4 days later. Call EE CS back to get status of my original order and was told that it would be shipped tomorrow...this went on every other day for over 2 weeks and still no product! Finally I was told that the product that was in stock when I orginally ordered it was no longer in stock...after determining that EE had no suitable replace product in stock, I was told that I would be FULLY refunded. After calling EE CS every other day for another week, the price of the product was finally refunded but NOT the shipping charge. After calling EE CS every day for 4 more days I FINALLY got the shipping charge refunded."

"Absolutely a horrible buying experience. This company is a marketplace seller on Amazon and Buy.com. Ordered a DVD player from them through Buy.com and credit card was charged immediately. Never got shipping confirmation. Four emails to customer service and no replies to my questions about shipment. Item was and still is advertised in stock and available for shipment. I paid a low price and they have had two price raises since my order, the reason I believe they did not want to ship to me, they didn't want to honor the price I bought at. Finally, after the last email in which I stated I would contact the Better Business Bureau in their area, my order was cancelled by Electronic Express without reason, comment, or apology for poor service.

They had offered a good price, but a good price isn't worth much when they will not ship the item or possibly may not sell at the price you think you are paying. Their customer service is appalling, I cannot understand why they could not answer emails but let the order and charge stand for 16 days before cancelling.

Terrible customer treatment, obviously they don't care about a customer at all. Too many of these low quality merchants are on the Internet. In an economy as poor as the present one is becoming, throwing away a customer is a foolish business practice, and they'll blame everyone but themselves for their failures.

I do not recommend them and will never shop with them again. Find a reputable business with a national reputation, not these small, local outfits of unknown quality and reputation."

"The third party retailer that I have purchased from was unable to help me with this situation. I purchased this Westinghouse frame and used it happily for 3-4 weeks. Upon the 3rd or 4th week, the item became unable to access any form of a picture from an SD card. I tried numerous techniques but was unable to fix the problem and realized it may be a hardware issue. I asked for a return authorization from Electronic Express, they gladly accepted and I shipped the item back. We had not kept the original manual or boxes so it was shipped with bubble wrap surrounding the item and the power cord. I just received an email from Electronic Express stating the item was severely damaged and they would only refund me 45% of the original item. I then asked for pictures of the item knowing that (a) the item was in perfect physical condition upon shipment (b) packaged with bubble wrap surrounding the big box. The pictures they sent were blurry and the frame had
been removed. I spoke with the manager and they were completely unforgiving and accused me of damaging the item. I'm furious with this entire transaction. Nothing is worse than dealing with a company that is not willing to stand by their product. Also, I find that the pictures appear to have tampered with the item. In one picture, the item is in tact, the other picture, the frame is removed. I wouldn't put fraud past this company. Just a warning. I'd rather spend 10 dollars more and buy from someone reputable. "

Ordered on 3-14 Emailed tracking number on 3-17--Delivered on 3-19. Excellent!!
