"Doing business with ElectroZone was a good experience. The selection and pricing were good. The website was easy to work with. I placed my order and because I was having the merchandise shipped to an address that was different than my billing address they followed up by phone to confirm. This type of follow up gives me confidence in using them. I received my stuff about a week after I ordered it and the order was correct and the merchandize is great."
"I will never place an order with ElectroZone. We waited over two weeks to receive our flat screen tv and it never arrive. We called ElectroZone to find out the status of our order and the manager said the tv was damage while shipping. They did not call or e-mail us to let us know we will not be getting our tv. We had to ask them to credit our account because they did not have that model in stock. ElectroZone did credit my credit card for that purchase and turn around that same day and debit by credit card for $1,307.98 for Dell Computer Technical support out of Texas. Since my card was compromise I had to closed that account and get a new credit card. I was not liable for that fraudlent charge. Please be aware of this company when you are using your credit card. "
"I am trying to purchase a washing machine from ElectroZone. The purchase was easy and I thought I was on my way to a new machine. However, 3 weeks later I learn that the machine was damaged somehow before/during shipping. I know these things happen but they did not notify me. I had to contact them and am now waiting for a resolution. Their website indicates they have the item in stock yet the telephone representative said they most likely "oversold" the machine and it may not be available any longer. I will withhold my final review to see if they can get this resolved.Just got off the phone with them. Had to go to another choice and they worked out a great price. I would shop there again."

"I am very happy with my shopping experience at electrozone. I purchased a Panasonic 3D plasma TV and the 3D kit and blu ray player to go with it. The staff at electrozone were great in helping me decide on the perfect TV for me. They were courteous and pleasant to deal with. "When I confirmed the order by telephone the ElectroZone customer service representative asked me if I was aware the item was a refurbished unit. I told him I was not aware of that, the online description did not indicate that it was a refurbished unit. Then he said the player was not actually refurbished, that it was a restocked item from a store that had gone out of business; it had never been sold to a customer, it had never been placed in service, it had not been repaired, and it was simply opened, inspected, and resealed. He said it still had the full one year manufacturer's warranty. The unit is not as he described it. It's not in the original package; it was shipped loosely in an oversized box. There is a note from Samsung Factory Service which states; “We have refurbished Samsung Blu-ray player and tested. It's now in proper working order.” The player is stamped “refurbished” inside a heat-sealed plastic wrap. On the back of the note is the 90 Day Limited Warranty statement."

You waste time putting in all your ordering info, then they make you call in to verify your order and then they make excuses - but don't change their web site. And keep sending you the same email to verify over and over again. False advertising and a big waste of time!"
"I ordered a Samsung TV few days back. I got a mail to call them to confirm. When I called them, I was prompted a voice mail saying its holiday. The next day I called, the customer service told there is no stock and he cancelled the order. Jeff, their manager called me and reordered another TV with a discount. So it worked well. Thanks Jeff."
