We try hard to satisfy every customer as best we can. This particular item did get a minor amount of chipping to the underside of the cabinet in an area that is neither structural nor effects the "finished" areas of the cabinet that would be visible unless you turned it over and looked REAL hard for the chip to the MDF (medium density fiberboard) which is used in the construction in nearly all imported furniture today in some capacity - even VERY expensive pieces form the finest manufacturers - in order to keep costs down and environmental impact to a minimum.
There is nothing wrong with this cabinet, and we probably would have offered a 20%-30% discount for the minor damage to satisfy the issue.
If anyone wants to see pictures of the "damage", I'm glad to share them with you.
We did charge her for the refused shipping amount for the white glove delivery, (actually, significantly less then what we were charged) which she has every right to dispute with her credit card company. But that is our policy when we deem that the refusal of delivery reason as either buyers remorse or just plain silly.
And this furniture manufacturer is one of the best rated overall lines over at buzzillions.com (whom we are not affiliated with).”
