"Ordered ATI Radeon 9700 non-pro, ended up being grandmars, apparently it was a pull (saw screw marks on bracket). However it appeared unused, perfectly clean. I flashed to pro and added artic silencer. It runs very well. Arrived in 5 days, in a plain anti-s bag with power adapter. For $83, I am satisfied. I expected the bare card in working order which is all I ever expect when I order a refurb. I have recently placed another order for $29 NF&-S. It is supposed to arrive tommorow. I have gotten them on the phone 2 times and they were helpful (Rosa) both times. Did not send order confirmation (why I called). First time was to inquire as to whether the board was revision 2 or not. Rosa did not know, but offered to check and email me back. I will submit again when I get board. "
"I ordered an open box Inwin case at less than half the price of the next cheapest price online. Even with shipping it was an excellent bargain. It came with a power supply that I didn't want, but the price was still great.
I got the case quickly, and it was in like-new condition with all of the parts and extras still in their original bags. Someone may have opened the box, but I'm not sure it was ever taken out of the box given the condition it was in.
And, the power supply is a decent 460W supply. I still can't use it because of the connectors, but I can sell it on ebay.
In any case, I got much more than I expected, there were no hassles, and I received the case quickly. I will definitely include them on my list of sites to check when buying anything."

"Horrible retailer. Item was both labelled (and described) as an Athlon XP 266 DDR motherboard when it was really an Intel P4 motherboard. They issued me an RMA but refused to pay for shipping, so I ended up wasting $14 for shipping ($7 each way). Their site has NOT been updated in ages. Most Athlon XP boards with DDR support have been sold out. Stay away from this retailer at all costs, unless you feel like wasting some hard earned cash!"
"I ordered some of the cheap refurb gforce2 and cd-rom/floppy combos. They came exactly as advertised and you can't beat the price! You pay a little hefty for the shipping but it comes very secure, usually in multiple boxes which is rare for refurbs. My second of two positive transactions with dumpinggoods."
My first order was sometime in late 2003. I bought 2 Abit motherboards for $20 each. They arrived as I expected, without any accessories at all, just the mobo in an anti-static plastic inside an Abit mobo box.
Before I placed that order I made sure I could get the I/O shield from somewhere. I found they were available at excaliberpc.com for $5 each plus $5 S&H. I believe the board was listed as refurbished.
As long as you assume all refurbished items from Dumping Goods do not ship with any accessories, you should have no problems (with the exception of the occassional error).
This order I placed was for: Skyhawk computer case (new) $13 5 orange UV reactive Antec case fans (new) $1.99 each black 48X CD-ROM and 3.5" floppy drive (refurbished) $11.99 Legal size scanner (reconditioned) Cooler Master thermal compound (new) $2.99 Pinnacle Instant DVD & CD Creator 7 (new) Altec Lansing headphones w/ mic and volume control (new) $1.99 3' serial cable (new) $0.00 2 pen-keyboards with digitizing tablet (new) $0.00
I bought the case for my cousin, but when I saw it I had second thoughts. It looked so much better than the picture. I was satified with what I got, but there were 2 unexpected developments. The serial cable was actually a parallel cable, which is even better. I just got the serial cable because it was free but I could actually use a parallel cable. The keyboard wasn't PS/2, it was the older bigger connection. I can't complain about the free stuff though.
I ordered Saturday, May 22, 2004. The order shipped Tuesday, May 25, 2004. It arrived Saturday, May 29, 2004 via FedEx Ground Home Delivery in 4 boxes of 18.x, 10.x, 10.x and 5.x pounds at a shipping cost of $32.85."
"Absolutely fantabulous website. A motherboard and a CD player. Both in simply great condition. The motherboard came with origal drivers and a full set of cables. Everything immaculately packed. I'm using the mobo right now--it runs perfect! It cost me only $17; similar motherboards sell for $60 on EBAY! Will absopositivalutely purchase from them again. ALL HAIL DUMPING GOODS. "
"Noticed the great price ($59) on a 9500 non-pro oem 128mb built by ATI and because of previous mixed ratings here and wrong parts being shipped and out of stock, i proceeded to call their toll-free direct line and i was promptly assisted by a customer agent. she confirmed that they had one left and i quickly made the transaction after feeling a bit more assured by talking to a live agent. the product was shipped same day fed-ex overnight and arrived promptly the next day in a white box with a bundled software package as well as the cables and bubble wrap, etc. it basically looked brand spankin new for all intents and purposes and even better, it was a 9500 non-pro 128mb with the L shaped memory modules that i've soft-modded and overclocked to essentially a 9700 non-pro!!! fabulous price, great service, and a pristine product! what else could a satisfied consumer ask for? will patronize again!"
