At every step of the order process I felt that Don was involved with my order. I recieved an immediate automated confirmation, then he remarked upon my order on Twitter. On the day that it was due to arrive, he noted that again on Twitter, and sure enough it was there when I got home. At all points he is courteous and polite. <br><br>I found my order conscientiously packaged, in a bubble-wrap and sleeved no more than two cards to a hardcase. Shipping and processing time were excellent- my order went out the next day after placement. <br><br>Overall I am completely satisfied with Don\u0027s Magic and Sundry. I only wished he carried a full complement of preconstructed products so I could do the bulk of my business here. : D<br><br>If I were to offer a more critical prespective, I would say that while pricing on new cards tends to be very competitive, some of the older stock is a bit too high for consideration. I\u0027m looking at constituting some older precon decks through singles purchases, and thus with such quantity need to keep costs low. I\u0027ll certainly give The Sundry a look in each case, though, as I\u0027m willing to consider paying a premium for this level of service. "It is a small thing to give good customer service today and Don goes out of his way to not only give good service, but make it feel personal.
