"My experience with this company was great: I ordered an M3 Adapter and a Passkey 2 for only around $70 (about $30 cheaper than most other sites). Although admittedly it took a while for my package to arrive, it was due to customs and the US Snail Mail (Divineo had shipped it only one day after I placed my order). Anyway, the items arrived in a cushioned package, with all the materials packed properly. Highly recommend this company: cheap prices, great items. Thanks!"

"Went thru their US website and ordered a SmartXX v3.0 SLE modchip and a Generic Solderless Adapter for my Xbox. Everything went smoothly and I received the package within about 2 weeks. I've heard some people have had trouble with their orders, but mine went thru fine. "

"Very disappointing company. I purchased an NME-360 that the website claimed shipped within 24 hours. I also opted for the fastest delivery option they offered. 5 Days went by with NO tracking number, so I emailed them about it. Customer service sent a generic email stating the item was out of stock. I replied and told them to ship a similar item that was currently in stock. Waited two days with no word from them. Finally I emailed them saying I wanted the status of my order or I was filing a chargeback by midnight. They immediately emailed me back saying the order had been canceled and my money would be refunded IN TWO WEEKS.
*STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY*

"They took my money, waited a week and then canceled the order (because I emailed them asking where it was) - leaving me out of pocket because of the exchange rate.

They then refuse to communicate.

"Never received items. They stopped responding to me once I got mad. Have sent over 50 emails on this. They gave me the runaround. First wait for 8 weeks for registered airmail to arrive. Item is NOT sent registered as it was dropped off in my mailbox WITHOUT signature. Then they promised a refund. Then they claimed they sent a refund. Have not received the items worth nearly US$80, have received NO refunds either. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM WITHOUT USING CREDIT CARDS. I sent them an online transfer using my bank account using eNETS. Will see if anything else can be done from my end. But BEWARE these people are not trustworthy. I am willing to be contacted if anyone wants to bring a class action suit against them. Thank you."

"I ordered a DuoX modchip for my Xbox for $10 + $5 shipping. It was shipped the very next day and I recieved it in about a week. Not bad at all for an item shipped from Hong Kong to the central US. Modchip works great!

I was pleasantly surprised. The reviews for this site here weren't too great but I got the item shipped fast at a great price! I would not hesitate to buy from them again."

"Divineo's prices were about the same as everywhere else I checked so nothing special there. They had my item in stock and I recieved it within 2 business days - much faster than I expected. Everything arrived packed neatly and securely. Awsome service in that respect.

The screwdriver bit for the gamecube I wasn't too happy with. It seems to be made of softer metal and when I used it to try and remove the screws from the console the groves inside the bit stripped pretty easily. I wrote them an email stating this. They responded within 24 hrs saying they were sending a new one at no charge. within 3-4 business days the new bit arrived.

To summarize they were great in communicating with me, their shipping was very fast (I am only one province away though) and they didn't give me a hard time about replacing the item. I would certainly do business again. I have no complaints except I will bring to their attention that maybe they should consider getting better screwdriver bits :) Obviously I don't hold that against Divineo because they don't make the items themselves they just sell them. Thank you, Divineo. :) Pleasure doing business with you!"

"Ordered on September 9th using UPS shipping. Products arrived promptly the next Monday September 11). Included products came in a nice box, brand new, and were exactly as advertised. I am extremely happy with this purchasing experience and will most likely purchase from Divineo.cn again."

"Horrible company. I placed an order for a DS accessory i really wanted for a lenghty trip. The part was in stock and I placed the order with a significant time margin AND 2nd day air to ensure it would get here in time. I never received it. When I asked them to overnight it to me before I left, they simply cancelled my order instead. It was very inconvenient to say the least.

Now I ordered from them again on september 3rd, thinking that my previous experience was an accident. Once again, I received no tracking number, and the product that I paid 2-day air for did not show up after 6 days. I have no doubt they will cancel this one too, wasting my time once again.

These people are liars, cheaters and do not know how to run a business. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!"
