I called and asked about the remaining items and was told they would all be delivered in about 2 weeks. On October 13, 4 weeks later!, I received an email saying that 2 of the remaining items had been shipped. It\u0027s now November 19 and I\u0027ve never received the remaining items. And when I called them, I was told that they\u0027re trying to locate the items! That was 2 weeks ago. <br><br>There\u0027s no good reason to order from this company. "The "Orka Silicone Mitt with Cotton Lining Blue" that I ordered from Distinctive Decor came right away, even though it was backordered. These are the nicest oven mitts I have ever used. They are long enough to protect the arm above the wrist when you're reaching into the oven, and the cotton lining can be taken out and washed."
