I also did not have the proper artwork, so Josh took what I did have and worked with it to get it right. Despite this care, I missed the fact that we needed a rod pocket. Josh gave me the option of sending the banner back or having a second one made for half price, and was true to his word when I requested a second banner.<br><br>All this to say - Josh worked very hard to make sure we got what we needed; he patiently compensated for my gaps in knowledge; the cost was more than fair; and he was great to work with and thoroughly professional.
