"Shipped to me wrong product via UPS ground. Called store, asked them to send correct one. They resent UPS 2nd day air, package got lost, tracing it now, charged me for the 2nd shipment (item) won't ship UPS overnight or Fed-Ex using my account. Friendly Service Rep but horrible policy as per store owner.
Most likely not buy from them again."
