"When I buy something, I always look at DirectCanada, their prices are often lower than their competitor and shipping is super fast. I recently purchased a router that had a mail-in rebate. I had a problem with the rebate.. the UPC code on the box was not the same as in the mail-in rebate document so I contacted DirectCanada and they fixed my problem quickly. I can now say that their support is great!"

"Great products, decent selection, awesome prices. I've been able to get every single part from my most recent builds from Direct Canada, thanks to the good prices (usually $5-$20 less than anywhere else) and free shipping. At times, the communication is a little subpar (I didn't know when a package was supposed to arrive until the day that it did), but otherwise, Direct Canada is my go-to website for computer parts!"

"I have currently purchased 2 parts from Direct Canada. i purchased one on 3/16/12 and one on 3/22/12. For some odd reason the part i purchased on 3/22/12 has already been shipped but the one from the 16th has not been shipped. it does not make much sence to me how the one that i bought later on in the month has been shipped first. however, Where you fill out your billing and shipping information. i put in the company spot that i own mastercard, later on in the week i realized that it was a mistake and changed it for the purchase of the item on 3/22/12 and it was shipped right away. i am going to phone on monday 3/26/12 at noon and see what is going on. other than that for my first ideal purchase of items no the website it seems as if they are a great provider. i will certainley be buying from this company again. thank you."

"Very nice prices for all the stuff they can get. The website on the other hand needs a bit of a workout, it's clunky and not many options when it comes to searching something out.

The security means of the company are great too if not a bit complicated compared to other companies out there selling the same kind of goods.

Great work overall and there's room for amelioration."

"Ordered a Corsair K90 keyboard on Mar 21st and 2 days later I have it in hand. I picked Direct Canada because it had the best price at the time (shipping was 0$). Item arrived quickly and packed very well. Would order from them again based on this experience."

"Good selection of merchandise, prices that are at least as cheap as anywhere else, and the free shipping is nice, too. I get my orders delivered in about two days, versus 10 days with Tiger Direct. I'd rather support a Canadian business anyway. So far I'm pleased. The only gripe I have is that quite often they don't include any details or specs about products on their site, so I have to look at other web sites to find information."
