"This company is a joke. They utilized an excuse regarding a different mailing/billing address to call me- without a real reason. Once they spoke with me and informed me that the camera was an imported model, I said it was acceptable and that I don't need the extras or warranty. Following that he refused to just let me buy the 6D. He continued on to tell me that it wouldn't have an english screen option. I've worked with canon for 20 years. Including imports- it has been a long time since they didn't have english as an option. When I asked how long it would take to be shipped he informed me that they do not keep them on hand (Even though I paid for faster shipping online?)...The man was rude, pushy, a blatant liar, and if he would have shut up and processed my transaction I would have been happy(a couple weeks longer but happier) and they would have been happy. I will place my order with another company and recommend avoiding digitalmonster.com "
"Fake website, fake company and fake productsI was skeptical when they had a google sponsored ad for a Canon 5D Mark III for $2,179 (see link to item below), That's a $3,000 cameraI immediately bought it, paid for it,.. then I waited..3 days later I received a call from DigitalMonster asking if I still want the item to be shipped, it will cost $3,199 instead of the price I purchased on the website. "Ordered a Canon 6D body only last night fully understanding that it is a "gray" market item. I wanted this item in a timely manner so I was willing to pay FIFTY NINE dollars for their "expedited shipping". The next day I patiently awaited my order confirmation email, because I hear they hold your order until they call you and upsell you on accessories.In my order, I instructed them that I knew this was a gray market item and to just go ahead and ship it as I didn't want any accessories. Around 4pm today I started to get worried because they had yet to send the confirmation email.I write this review as I am crossing the two hour "on hold" mark for their phone support. TWO HOURS! This is terrible customer service. I started at #4 in the queue, and have moved up to #2 in the queue. I suspect they just don't answer the phone at all, and the only reason I moved up is because people hung up.Terrible.STAY AWAY THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE.I highly suspect that these reviews are fake. You can easily buy reviews online. And all the names sound like they're from the India/Pacific region, where such jobs are common."
