"I ordered NIK Complete Colletion on 10/27, as of taday (11/24) I still have not received it. The woman from the customer service was very rude when I requested for refund, she determained to ignore me, my credit card was charged before they shipped anything out. I never had any bad experience like this, hope you don't have to go through it."

But anyways, the only different thing with my order from jwkeiser's was that I received my tablet just a couple weeks ago (I ordered it on October 2, 2008). It is totally brand new, and no problems whatsoever. Customer service was great, both on phone and email. I was pretty skeptical in the beginning because of the super super low prices, but I actually looked them up a little, and even looked at their store on google maps! I got very skeptical when they posted on their site that 'the Wacom tablets will ship beginning of November' when mine (when I ordered it) said it would ship mid-October. When I contacted them about this, they re-assured me that it was a delay in the order from Wacom that was unexpected. (I believe they order them way before hand and get a super deal - and I got a super deal too!!)
So, in short - I highly recommend Digital Graphics Resources. If you're willing to wait as long as I did (almost 6 weeks) for a Wacom tablet, then you'll save over $60. I'm not sure how long their other products would take to ship/order because I've never ordered anything else. But since I saw that there was so few reviews on DGR here, I figured I should at least say something positive. :)"
"I had been shopping for a 6x11 intuos3 tablet, and was getting frustrated with the prices i saw. i then stumbled upon dgr, where the starting price was $70 cheaper than listed on wacom, and over $30 cheaper than anywhere on amazon. in addition, when i checked out i got another %10 off. i thought it was too good to be true, but i couldn't resist the offer. when i ordered it it said it would ship late october, i got an email october 31st telling me my order would ship soon. it shipped two days after that, and i received my order two days after it shipped, after only choosing ups ground.
awesome. no complaints, love the tablet, customer service kept me updated with the backorder issues. if i ever need a new tablet, i won't go anywhere else. awesome prices, timely shipping, great experience."

They have the best price on the Eizo monitor that I wanted and it was drop shipped from the company in California. I will use DGR again and not hesitate to recommend them. "
"HORRIBLE experience...I wouldn't suggest anyone buy from this company. First, they couldn't approve my order b/c they said my address didn't match my credit card...even though I entered in my correct address and even verified that my credit card co. had the proper address. So, even though they denied my order..they went ahead and charged my card. I'm still waiting for the charged (332.95) to drop. So, the next day, I tried again, this time, my address worked. I upgraded to 2 day shipping to get the product in time for my husbands bday. What they failed to tell me is that the product is on backorder and they don't when it's going to arrive (I only found this out though by calling them to check on the status of my order 2 days later). So, now my husband won't get his bday gift on time, I had to pay an extra $65 to another company to overnight this product and I'm just angry. Oh and I'm also waiting on a supervisor to call me...apparently they don't like to return calls either (I've left several messages...never gotten a call back). Buyer beware."

Every aspect of the transaction was done quickly and professionally. Shipping was prompt and despite an estimate of one week for actual delivery, I had the tablet in my hand in two days. WOW.
Except for the stamp on the back of the tablet, I could not tell it wasn't brand new and in perfect condition. Even the box had the factory seals in place.

I quickly received a confirmation email, followed equally quickly by a shipping notification email. The package was shipped well packaged and when it arrive I could hardly believe it was refurbished.
The product was perfect in every way. It was packaged in a retail box with all documentation, software and accessories and it didn't have a single scratch on it. It looked like the box had never been opened before.
Prices are great at this store, shipping is fast and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for Graphic Design equipment."

While there were only a few customer reviews on resellerratings.com, the company did have a good overall score. I placed the order online but ended up having to talk with one of their reps (they called me) since they didn't have the printer in stock and would have to ship it from another warehouse. It took them about a week to get the printer shipped but it did arrive in time and in excellent condition. Best price available at the time $2,328.24 including shipping."

I ordered a Wacom 9x12 tablet and it arrived sooner than expected. They were Very nice and patient and it definitely was a good experience.
I will order again from them as their prices are awesome, they provide tracking #s and they ship quickly. Thanx again to DGR for a great online experience. Albert"
