"From East Norwalk,CT - ordered a Panasonic wrist blood pressure monitor ew-3037s from them. I do not know them at all. They sell camera equipments. And they are in Brooklyn. At first I didn't have a good feeling about them, but within five seconds, it changed since they have this BBB seal on their home page. I went ahead placing the order without hesitation, and without checking this site. Placed the order yesterday for a 2nd day air, and it arrived next day.
This bp monitor is difficult to get, and I am happy they trully have it in stock. Would buy from them again..."

"I ordered a Canon 77MM UV filter and was sent a 67MM B&W filter. I understand that mistakes happen.
I called Customer Service: they said they would email me a return authorization. Two days later when I received it, it did not include a return shipping label. If they sent me the wrong product I should't have to pay to return it so I called and asked for a return shipping label which they said they would send ne. Two days later when I didn't receive it I called. They said it was being mailed. ???
Four days later a self addressed stamped envelope with .41cents postage arrived in the mail.
Over the next four days, 3 associates (and 6 phone calls later) the associate huffed at me and hung up after mumbling something about sending me a refund. I never raised my voice and was VERY polite (I was trying to get a refund) and they were just rude. Everytime I called back and asked for a supervisor they were never available.
I did end up getting my full refund but who in the world wants to go through this to return a $29 filter. Never again!"

"Ordered seven rolls of film on January 15. As of January 24, still have not received it. DFC promised that they would send out a tracking email the day after I placed my order, but none ever arrived. I've heard reports of others on here ordering stuff and getting it days later, so I'm not giving up hope yet. Will post the riveting conclusion when I find something out.

UPDATE - 1/27/08: After sending them an email, they responded the next day with a UPS tracking number. They also informed me that they only had 5 of the 7 rolls of film that I ordered, and said that they had only charged me for what I ordered.

I checked on Paypal and found that they had no refunded my money. I emailed customer service and asked when they were going to refund the difference, as they said they would. More to come.

UPDATE 1/28 - Finally called about the snafu. They said that they would credit Paypal within the week, and if they didn't, to call them back. Nice. I'm responsible for getting my money back for a product that they didn't have.

UPDATE: 1/29 - Got the film today. Instead of five rolls of Fuji Superia 100, I got garden variety Fujicolor bargain basement film. Not what I've waited half a month for, especially since I can get this locally! Also, went and checked on my refund...as of 6:00 today, nothing.

Going to try to get a refund for the full amount, including shipping. After all, it's not my fault they shipped the wrong product.

UPDATE: Jan 30 - DFC offered to let me keep the film, plus refund ALL of my money. Wow. If this holds true, then I'll be satisfied and will revise my ratings accordingly. They've already refunded the first part of my money for the film they could not ship. We'll see what happens and I'll post here when I get my refund.

FINAL UPDATE: 1/31 - Finally got the rest of my refund. Even though this was such a snafu, I would consider doing business with this company again."

"RUN from this site. I placed an order.. they immediately charged my credit card and when nearly a month had gone by with no product I began TRYING to get in touch with them. The 800 number is a scam.. it told me they were either busy or closed.. so I faxed my request for an update. I also managed to get into a voice mail to leave my information and request some kind of update as to where my order was.
Over the next week I email at least 6 times finally received a tracking number.. only to find the shipment had been "recalled by shipper."
I continued to email.. and never heard from them again. Luckily I had checked out using Google Checkout and contacted them. They, in turn, contacted Buy.com and through their efforts I have finally been refunded my money.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I will post this review on every site I can find in hopes of sparing others the hassle I went through.

"I found digitalfotoclub.com by using another website’s shopping comparison tool. I ordered a 50 Inch Plasma TV and received a confirmation email for my order. The item was on sale and included a 5% holiday discount. One week later I emailed to get a tracking number for the shipment. I received a reply email stating "Your order has been closed by our Verification Department after numerous failed attempts to contact you regarding the processing of your order." I double checked that they had my correct phone number and email address on the receipt I received, and they did. I shop online all the time and have never had to deal with a 'Verification Department'. I get the feeling they either don't have the item I purchased or changed their mind about selling it for the sale price they had advertised. I think it's a scam to lure people to their website from other shopping websites. And to add insult to injury, they put the blame on the buyer, trying to make him or her feel that they were at fault for not being available for contact. I will never shop at this retailer again. Beware low prices….it may be too good to be true. "

"I was a little unsure about Digital Foto Club, but they had the cheapest price on a high speed 2GB CF card so I took a chance. I received an order confirmation promptly, but there was little to no communication after that. Their website was down for part of the time making it difficult to login and check the status. After a day or two I was able to get in and saw that my order had already shipped and a tracking number was supplied.

The order arrived on time and was exactly what I asked for. "

"I placed the order Oct 20 and my CC was charged immediatly. This store captured my attention because of the free shipping and the best price online. The item was in stock ready to be shipped. After 4 days I call the store and they tell me that the item is not in stock and they need to back order it! I finally got the item Nov 7 (17 days later). I'm satisfied with the store and the price especially, but maybe you want to give them a call before you order something to double check that the item is actually there. "

"Preordered Panasonic FZ18K when they (and many others) were out of stock. Order filled a couple of weeks later when stock came in. Contacted that day and shipped out next day. Camera arrived day after that. Everything in order as requested and price was amongst the best around. Credit card was only charged once shipment was made (as would be expected)."

"Ordered on Thursday, shipped Friday, and received on Monday. The company e-mailed me a tracking number immediately after shipping. Very fast shipping and great communication. I would highly recommend ordering from Digital Foto Discount Club."

"I placed an order Monday morning and it arrived Tuesday. Fast shipping, great prices and selection. The only bad thing is I ordered from digitalphotoclub.com, and the confirmation got stuck. I wasn't sure the order went through and I didn't have time to call. Then, I got an email confirmation from ACE PHOTO & DIGITAL. Finally, the safety tape on the box was yet another company name. I was afraid I was in for a bad experience, but it turned out great."
