"Buyer beware!!! I purchased a Sigma 50mm 1.4 EX DG HSM for Canon from them. When it arrived I took it out of the package and found that the inner mechanism had a rattle when shaken, side to side. The packaging was superb, so there is little doubt that the item was shipped in this state. When I contacted them to return the item, I was told that I would have to pay for return shipping and they would determine if it was a factory defect or not. If not(by their determination), there would be a 15% re-stocking fee and I would be out the return shipping cost. I read their "no questions asked" 14 day return policy and felt immediately duped. One of their terms is that you have not opened the package. How exactly would anyone decide to return an item unless they were dissatisfied with it's quality? How is the customer to know without opening the packaging. Stay away from these people and read return policies. There is a reason that their rates are low and that they "ship" before you can cancel. Paying out insured shipping and facing an arbitrary judgement of whether or not you will be refunded that money plus the potential loss of 15% of the purchase price, in my opinion, is not worth it and is simply outrageous in terms of customer service. My advice is to steer a wide path around this company."
