"So far I'm very happy. I was a bit concerned that they had no address or phone on their web site. I wanted to purchase a $2500 RP TV. I emailed them over the weekend with some questions and received a detailed, thoughtful reply monday morning. I than placed my order on monday. Although I had an alternate shipping address, which with many sellers can take several days to clear, they managed to clear my order that same day and notify me twice by email. Finally the next day their shipper notified me that they had the tv and gave me detailed shipping information, including tracking and expected arrival date. So far I am very pleased and pleasantly surprised at what appears to be a very efficient operation. I will update this post when I receive my tv. Well it's great to save about 1/3rd over local retailers. Shipping was excellent and on time. Delivery company was friendly. Definately a 5 star expierence-- couldn't be happier. Would highly recomend. Will shop there again. "

"Excellent! I'm a Pro at picking up merchandise on the web and was reluctant to buy from any retailer except BH or Adorama (camera gear) but since the price was almost a couple hundred bucks cheaper (Canon 20d) I thought why not at least try. This is not a site for someone who has inept computer skills, and certainly not for people who need someone to hold their hand through the transaction process, but if your looking for rock bottom prices look no furthur.... I was patient and received my order confirmation a couple days late and received my order exactly as promised ,USA model I really don't think these guys are crooked! I watched this site for some time and noticed items periodicly go in and out of stock. Crooks always have your item in stock! And will always take your money..... These guys seem honest and for real.....thanks Klaus"

At any rate, the order for my absolutely perfect Canon 20D body could not possibly have gone smoother. They confirmed my order immediately, they sent me notification of shipment that afternoon, and the next morning I was advised of a tracking number via UPS ground. It arrived precisely as was scheduled and everything was perfect.
I have had sooooo much trouble finding some reliable company or individual to buy this item from. I must have bid on 50 of them on eBay. I was ripped off on (actually, in all fairness, OFF Amazon ... a seller of theirs suckered me into the now all-too-familiar bogus Amazon web page, Western Union web page and escrow company web site. And I thought I would never get stung. But I did. It made me really, really cautious. I was very nervous about dealing with these guys. They had an excellent rating to price ratio ... in fact, by far the best. If they can keep this up, they are going to take over the internet for high end electronics. I couldn't wait to sit down and write this. I am so excited to finally find someone I can trust. Believe me, these guys are going to get all of my business from now on!!!!"
"not be processed" Since I could not place the order and did not receive any indication that an order could have been placed, I moved on to another site that did work propperly. A few days later I received an email from Digital 1234.com stating that my order had been shipped. I emailed them several times with all info explaining that I was not able to order from their site. To this date (Mar 10th 2005) thet have refused to even respond to any of the emails that I have sent to them. I can return the product to because they make absolutely sure that no return address appears on their site or on any packaging. Customer service is suspect at best or may not even exist at all. You should at the very least be able to communicate with someone somehow sometime. At this time I would reccomend this site to anyone. If the slightest thing goes wrong with your order you could be screwed like me."

I received the printer today(Fri) March 4, 2004. Brand new and working perfectly. No phone calls to try and sell me other items. You will get three emails (confirming your order, letting you know that it has shipped, and the last one lets you know it was delivered and who signed for it. The cost of their printer is between $75 and 100 less than every other retailer. Digital 1234.com has my complete confidence. I will definitely order from them again in the future."
"Pros: Great (BEST) price, INSIDE delivery of the Samsung 61" DLP, quick delivery, friendly service. NO hard sell of warrenty or any other item you did not want to order.
Cons: No phone ordering unlsess you send them your phone number, and then it is a waiting game for them to call. Once they called, were very friendly and willing to answer any question."
"I received my TV very quickly but had some trouble with the warranty I purchased. It finally arrived 3 weeks after the order so I guess I'm satisfied. The email communication could have been better regarding the warranty. It took some prodding before someone actually responded with some useful information."

Ordered Digital Rebel and 1 GB compact flash. Flash was out of stock - happens - got 2x512 MB Flash (after confirmation) and UPS next day shippment upgrade ! Everything received in time, new, with US warrenty ! Will shop there again ! Every E-mail was responded immediately, very polite and professional !"
