reply posted Apr-26-2013 “This customer is simply mistaken. Her email was answered the same day it was sent and we remedied the problem as soon as she provided her order information. Her original email only included her first name and we had no way to find her order information. We do make mistakes from time to time, but remedying the problem is something we take extremely seriously -- as this customer found out once she responded to our emails and phone call. We received a "thank you" email from this customer acknowledging that the problem was resolved, but to date, she has failed to amend her negative feedback.”
