"I am still waiting on an order from this company, I'm currently oversea's and need the gear I ordered. I placed an order for a plate carrier, M4 mag inserts, a Beretta Holster, and a MA52 triple pistol mag pouch on July 13 and it's now July 21st. However, I get an email stating two items are on back order, and the other two are out of stock! All items ordered are the same brand (Condor), I then emailed them to inquiry the date they would be getting everything in stock and ready to ship, and they sent me a generic email asking if I'd like to cancel my order or wait but no one ever responded when I replied to that email! I finally emailed them again and requested a reply from an actual person and got this response:
"Thank you for your note. We can ship half of your order once the Holster arrives and then the two backordered items will ship separately at our additional cost once they arrive at our warehouse from the manufacturer. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do or if you have any other concerns. Have a great day."

It's great they say they will send it at their additional cost but my card has been credited already, and STILL no exact date so I know if I should cancel my order and order with another company that has better customer service and a more rapid delivery. I would love for them to give me some information because I will be ordering a lot of items in the future and need a reliable company from which to order from."
"I ordered some Multicam clothing on January 20th. The next day I tried to view the status of my order but the order status page referenced in their FAQ no longer existed, so I called. No answer. Three days later I received an email stating that some of the items I had ordered were on back order. I responded with a request to cancel the order. I didn't hear anything back for 6 days, so I contacted my credit card company to have them reverse the charge. On January 29th, I received an email from Desert Deuce MTO stating that my order had been canceled and my card refunded. As of February 20th, my card has not been refunded."
