"This company boasts “Customer Service At Its Finest” on its website and emails. I have found nothing that indicates this remark is true. I placed an order for a pair of specific Oakley sunglass as a gift for my fiancé. When the order arrived they were a different pair than I had requested. Thinking this would be an easy fix, I emailed the company requesting a refund or exchange. They responded in incomplete sentences with “this is what you ordered and this is what you got” explaining that “there is a 20% restocking fee” should I choose to return the item. Their suggestion was to use the item as a gift if it was not what I wanted. I went a step further and sent an image of the item that I ordered. They have yet to respond. I am now stuck with a pair of sunglasses that retail for about $99 when I paid $169.99 for the glasses I requested. As annoying as this process has been the fact that their dishonest claims are posted on every email did not help. I could not believe how rude and irrational this company is. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU EXPECT TO GET WHAT YOU ORDER OR ANY ACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
"The glases item were not ordered. The order was canceled while chatting with the rep to get the price correct and before my card was billed. Once I learned, the order would not be shipped until after payment was complete I canceled the order. There is no need for this item to occur interest on my charge card prior to shipping. The next day I got an email saying that my order was being processed. When I contacted them, I was informed that I would still be billed $25 for a layaway fee. Company has refused to resolve the complaint or refund my card."
If anything is wrong on your oder, they will take the money and send you a bogus product.
I ordered the glasses and that part was made easy. Some information was missing on a prescription order, but they made the glasses anyway. (Took them for ever also)
I went to my local Optometrist and he stated they should have never made the glasses without the information.
The took the money, no exchange/no refund, just a pair of expensive glasses that are useless."
"I "chatted" with a representative to find out if the item I wanted was in stock. She asked for a bunch of identifying information (email address, etc.) before she answered my question. Kind of seemed weird, but she assured me that the item was in stock and I could order it. Then I attempted to pay via PayPal. I got a message from PayPal indicating that the merchant could no longer receive money from PayPal. Again, kind of seemed weird. I asked the customer service person how long she expected it to take before that was fixed, and she couldn't even give me a hours/days/months type estimate. Fine. I put it on a one-time-use credit card. I then got to a screen which explained that they could not reply to emails sent from my email domain (earthlink.net). THEN I started getting spam from them, asking if I would like to make money selling designer eyeware. Then today I get a bogus email from Tony giving some lame excuse about how they had one pair of glasses and the frame had this LITTLE crack so he wouldn't sell it to me, and they are discontinued. I am certain they didn't have the glasses to begin with, and am still waiting for my money back. This is a very unprofessional, fly-by-night business.
Response to my request for a refund, from "Tony" at DecorMyEyes: "GO fuck yourself don’t tell me I have 1 hour are you out of your mind? Who do you think you are?
I will post a refund you can meanwhile drop dead""

"I also wish I had read the reviews of this company! I was skeptical about ordering something expensive and custom online...but I took a chance. The glasses I received do not fit, they are stretched out and obviously defective. They also promised it would come with a dust cloth and a certificate of authenticity and it did not. It came in a box with no invoice or proof that they filled my prescription accurately. I am currently emailing him and letting him know I will be disputing the charge on my credit card if he will not issue me a full refund! So upset! Please read reviews before you buy, I am also issuing a complaint with the BBB!"
"I wish I would have seen these reviews before I purchase from DecorMyEyes. This company is run from a garage and after so many complains on line I don’t know why they are still in business. I purchased DG frame alone with prescription glasses. The prescription was wrong, the frame is defective and the support does not exist. We try to have them at least fix the prescription and they want us to pay again to have them fixed!!! Even though they advertise 100% satisfaction the $400.00 I paid I lost. They have no experience in working with prescriptions glasses and the brands they offer are the defectives units that do not pass the quality from the original brands. This company is a garage company!!. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!"
"Like many others i too wish i had read these reviews. I regret buying from this company, I went through the process of ordering glasses through the website. I ordered Hoya 1.74 high index lenses thinking i would receive high quality thin lenses. Whene i received my order i was shocked to see how thick they where. The last time i wore lenses so thick it was in 1974. I have been to several optometrists that have verified these are not what i ordered and paid for. I have contacted them but they will not take any responsibility and will not help me in any wa. This company mislead me. What to do?"
"Had my order pending from these guys for a month now. Everytime I call, it's : "We'll get you a tracking number as soon as your glasses ship". Finally spoke with a manager about a refund yesterday and he basically denied me any refund and said they'd get to me when they get to me, that "they're on backorder from overseas". After a few calls, every other place I called had them in stock. DON'T SELL SOMETHING YOU DON'T HAVE GUYS!!!!"
I placed an order for a Gucci frame, I was notified 15 minutes later by DME.com that they were not carrying the frame in stock, but offered the same pair in a different size/color. I told them to cancel my order, consequently, they still charged my credit card. When I declined the charge, the OWNER of DME.com, Tony Russo, called my cellphone, cursing and threatening. Since the call, I have received numerous emails, in which he wrote, "Go eat me, you piece of garbage. You will never get your refund."
"Had bad experience with them somehow. They blocked my phone number after I called several times concerning my order after the expected delivery time passed. Right now my shipment is on the way. I cross my fingers for not receiving faked or not correct prescription after I read all this reviews.
I did receive the item and found that my lens is different from what I ordered! I called Tony and he refused to compensate me more than $30 and I paid $450 for that!"
