"Bought an orion hcca 10.2 for 249.00 Have never got anything ever since. They run the biggest scam on the INTERNET period! Thankyou dealercost for screwing me over. I will change review if i get money back or my Order."

"This company sucks, ordered a sheet of insulation for a car hood, got the run-around like all the thousands of other suckers who deal with this idiot, and finally had to go to my credit card company to file charges against him. This guy belongs in the slammer."

"I ordered from them. Super slow. It took them almost 6 bussiness days to tell me my item was sold out. They are every short and almost verging on rude when you Email them. They aswer you in one or two word Emails so you always get very little info from them. I emailed them and asked why has my order not shipped and their responce was 1-2 business days... 4 bussiness days later still no shipping info and then I caceled my order. Dont waist your time buy some where else..."

"I placed an order a week ago and I got confirmation of the order being shipped. Well, it said to click the trackin number to track my order. Well there wasnt one. So I emailed them and the next day they said that they were reviewing the tracking number. So I gave it a few days and emailed them again. Still no reply. Granted it was only $40 they stole from me. But that is $40 that I spent to get a product these thieves dont have. I am disgusted that they are still ripping people off. I want a f'in refund. This is ridiculous!"

"I get no response after the initial computer generated response that my order has been received and is being processed. I give them 7 days and ask what the problem is. I find that an affiliated company hasn't approved some part of the 1 item I ordered. I give them 5 more days to 'work through' whatever could be the problem and then cancel my order. They actually tell me it will take 1-2 business days to cancel my order. Ridiculous. So then 2 days after that, I get a message indicating that the order (which was canceled) had been shipped. I then make a mistake and tell them I will accept the shipment. It takes these goons another five days to get me a valid tracking number. Oh and here's the cherry on top. They sent the package to the wrong address. "

"Ordered MTX speakers for my boat they never came, a month later I called and they said that they were on back order. Thanks for taking the initiative and letting me know! I canceled my order and they said they would give me a refund but they never did. I sent several emails and got some replies stating that it is a complicated mater, then they already refunded it. I told them they are a scam and they better refund the money and now they don't respond to my emails anymore... DO Not Buy From these people they have no store, just some guy with few electronics, selling them out of his parents basement cause he cant get a real job; that's why everything is on back order."

"Do not give this company any of your business. The customer service (only done by email) is some type of robotic computer response system, you will never speak to a human. Ordered speakers on 5/18. Repeatly tried to get status of the order on June 18 I cancelled the order and am still waiting for my cc to be credited back. Ordered the same speakers from another company got them in three days. Take your business elsewhere."

"Never again !

I placed two different orders within two days at DealerCostCarAudio. Both of them were for Helix Amplifiers. They accept the order without let me know that they don't have those in stock. Couple days later I got an email from Big5Electonics that they are in charge to provide the amplifiers. To get these confirmed I have tried to call DealerCostCarAudio for two days, without get a representative on the phone. Three days later I got an email that they chanceled my order!

That is the way they handle orders ! Never again will I place an order at DealerCostCarAudio"

"this company is a hoax. we ordered speakers that They have been unable to produce. We ask that our credit card be credited with emails in return saying it would be but have yet to get that credit after months of attempts.When trying to contact this (company)all you get is a worthless message.This company is a joke. Dont waste your time or money waiting on things they cant produce."

"I ORDERED A COUPLE PAIRS OF INFINITI SPEAKERS AND A BASSLINK IN DECEMBER 2009 AND NOW ITS AUGUST 2010 AND STILL NO PRODUCT AND NO REFUND. I HAVE HAD NUMEROUS EMAILS AND ONE LINE RESPONSES TO STRING ME ALONG AND TRIED CALLING A FEW TIMES BUT WAS ON HOLD FOR LITERALLY HOURS!!!! I GOT THROUGH ONLY ONE TIME AND SPOKE TO A "CLAY" BUT STILL NOTHING. I DEMANDED A REFUND AND I GOT THE TYPICAL RESPONSE THAT MANY OTHERS HAVE GOT AFTER READING THE REVIEWS....1-3 BUSINESS DAYS THAT WAS JULY 20, 2010.....WELL NOTHING!!! VERY UPSET!! I AM A FEDERAL AGENT AND I HAVE THE RESOURCES TO FIND THESE CRIMINALS THEY ARE THIEVES!!!! I WANT TO PUT THEM IN CUFFS MYSELF!! I WILL BE FILING MY COMPLAINTS TO THE BBB, FBI (IC3), AND VISA AND ANY OTHER WEBSITES I CAN FIND TO PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS AND HOPEFULLY BEHIND BARS WHERE THESE CRIMINALS BELONG. I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I GET MY $334.93 THAT WAS STOLEN FROM ME!!!"

"i placed my order on the 27th never got any response i sent email on when my shipment was comming they stated they shall get it soon what ever that means DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM TOTAL RIP OFF thank god they didn't charge me i sent a email back saying i did not want it any more they need to be shut down"

"My story is the same as all the reviews (item on backorder for months, emails putting me off, and no response concerning a refund). This is computer fraud. Please do as I did... contact your local police, your State Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau and the FBI I3 (Internet Complaint Center). It does not take long and it might help stop the fraud. Also, if paid by credit card, contact them to get a refund."

"This is by far the worst exsprience of shopping on line i have ever had buying of dealer cost car audio .I purchased four months ago tried for 3 months to get a refund off them when I realised that my delivery was not going to come they refused to give a refund dying that it was on back order se.my them at least 40 e mails demanding my refund another still refused to refund my money.In the I hadtogo through my bankto get my money, now I am reporting them to the attorney general for their business practice.Do yourself a big favour and stay well clear of these gangsters the amount of time and stress it causes you is not worth it .The worst excuse for a company ever they should be ashamed of themselves."
