"do not order anything from them
i have ordered a galaxy tab leather case on the 29 of march.
the status of my order is : payment received.
it has been 3 weeks now.
i have sent multiple emails to them and tried the live chat service (which was unavailable for 2 weeks) but no response.


This scam will just take your money and that's it.
they don't even bother to respond to your emails.
that's how much they believe in customer service.

THIS WEBSITE IS A FRAUD
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM IT

"When you pay by credit card, they ask for additional information,including copies of your credit card statements, driver's license, and front and back of your credit card. I called Visa to ask if this was kosher. I was told by two separate Visa reps that this was definitely NOT kosher. I was advised to STAY AWAY from this merchant. "

"What an annoying experience!
After almost a month, I still had not received my order, so I contacted the company. I didn't hear back for another week when they informed me they were out of one of the items I ordered. I asked for a refund and didn't hear back and didn't receive the refund, altho they charged me the same day I ordered. All other companies I've dealt with won't charge until the merchandise is shipped. Because they didn't refund, I initiated a complaint with Paypal. They wanted me to withdraw the complaint before they would refund my money. If I did withdraw the complaint, I couldn't reinitiate it with Paypal if they didn't refund. I did not withdraw, and they did refund my money finally. Next time, I'll read reviews before I purchase from anywhere. Obviously, I should have done so this time."

"Deal Extreme is a total rip off, we ordered and never received item, they told us to open a ticket, we did, after months of waiting, they replied to return item, we did, we have now been waiting over a year, they never refunded, instead gave us a credit & we asked for refund again, they told us they would refund in 21 days, 21 days came and went, we posted in they're 'Forum' our experience and they 'deleted' all our posts see proof here: http://club.dealextreme.com/forums/Forums.dx/threadid.1143832?to=last
and all the other warning to DX people having problems, we urge do NOT wait over 45 days to file a dispute, guess they did not like that, see more than 45 days (Pay_Pal) will not help you, they know this, they have a not: do not file a dispute with Pay Pal.. "you only get one chance" is their words, they do not want people to file because they can do to you like they've done to us and many others 'ignore' your refund and simply keep your money or try to give you a credit, DX is a site with NO customer service, no phone support and worse than that they do not care about their customers, they only want to take your money, we have had 4 out of 6 orders screwed up and 2 which we never received or were refunded for, I urge people to file disputes, maybe Pay_Pal will close their account!
We are also informing Pay_Pal and are seeking further legal action to stop their site from deceiving and robbing other honest people who are not aware of their deceptive practices.
Pass along this review to stop this sites activities please.

"Honestly, I have purchased a couple of things here and there from DX, this last purchase was a nightmare. I bought A survival tools and a couple of gags for my wife. Guess what?! I went trough the exact same thing all of you did. The lucky part about mine was that I got a full refund by starting a dispute against the order. They also sent me the bs they send to everybody else and I didn't cancel the dispute. If anybody leaves a + review here either works for them or ordered stuff from a different site. DX is now one of the most terrible places you can buy stuff from. I'd rather pay double instead of going trough this nightmare again. The customer service is terrible. They email you a video apologizing for things but they send you that video after they've got your money & after you open a ticket on their website. My order was not even showing on my account order tab. *** Just take your money and shop elsewhere cause if you buy from DX all you'll get is a long headache *** "

"I made this purchase 13th of March,(that;s 17 days of waiting) as from that time the only thing I see in order status is "payment confirmed".
I have sent a customer service express ticket asking to inform me about the purchase and the reply I got from staff was the following.

As this order was made by our new system which some function still in developing .Once get completed .the DX will be showed automatically

I have asked staff in forums and I did not get a reply.
I have tried to use the live chat help and it's always offline during their working hours in china.
I have tried to call their phones 4 times, I was listening to music and then they hanged up the phone all 4 times. I was charged $1.60 for international calls only to listen to music.

"On February 4th I ordered 2 SD cards & paid using Paypal. Dealextreme promised me a delivery in maximum 2 weeks.
On march 5th, a month after paying the goods I still had nothing at my door so I started a claim on Paypal. After that I got this email from DX:


Dear customer,
We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. But we can not refund you because you have opened a dispute, in that case we can not operate your order, So would you please close the dispute firstly? Then tell us, we will refund you ASAP.

I was stupid enough to believe them & cancelled my claim at paypal.
That was the worse thing that I should have done because now, march 28th, I still have nothing.
Only thing I received was some corrupt email from DX:

Dear Customer,
Sorry for the delay.
Kindly inform you that your order was shipped on with tracking number RT130385554HK .The status of tracking number will not update so soon.
If after 4 weeks from shipment the order still doesn't arrive, you may contact us and we will follow up on the package.
Hope the items will be reached you smoothly and safely. We appreciate you can wait patiently.
If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us again.

If I check the tracking, item was not send on 2/23/2012 but on March 10th.
Today I still have nothing in my mailbox & did not receive any goods.

Be careful who you do business with because a company like Dealextreme is far away & I costs you a lot of money arguing on the phone.

"Inferior customer service. After placing my order and waiting three weeks to receive a novelty speaker the item was received damaged (speaker cone pushed in) and the item box seal was broken. Any ordinary person could see that this item was not new so why did they ship this?

I opened a ticket, 7 days and no response. Tried live customer service chat, no response. Opened a dispute, no response. Awaiting resolution.

Not sure how they plan to maintain customer satisfaction."

""I have pretty much experience as dropshipper with many China wholesalers. But Dealextreme and pandawill are 2 of the worst. In 2011 i have ordered at least 12 hair comb/ fake instyler hair combs because of their low price, to 12 different customers to netherlands. These are dropship orders from the 12 only 2 where good.3 arrived broken. 4 arrived well but they works for only 2 or 3 times or so and then they where broken.and the other 3 where never arrived!. Customers service is also a big laugh. they dont care. and dont even response your emails. I want to recommended everlyone not to buy anything from this shop!"
