"My overall satisfaction with DX is good. It takes a long before receiving the items. I live near Paris, France. I receive them about 20 to 40 days after I passed the order. But I am glad that the postal service is used instead of a private shipping company, because if I am not at home, I can fetch the parcel at my local Post office. Otherwise, I would have to fetch it at some very remote location having only incompatible opening hours with my work. No VAT is asked by the mailman which is a good point. Sometimes, some items are not available. It would be interesting to have a way of knowing how many items are remaining before ordering. I once had a problem with a shipment, and DX found a solution for that problem, so I trust DX. There are some good items that I have not seen elsewhere. The prices are low. I have made several orders in the past 6 months."

"Ordered during a direct sale, had payment confirmed and then found out they cancelled my order three days later! With no explanation or email. This whole sale was just a scam.

As to your reply the item is and always has been in stock on your website and even was offered at a lesser discount to me after you cancelled my order!!"

"Beware of Deal Extreme !!! Biggest Scammers in the world.

SOLD Millions of items during the sale only to get temporary money and now processing refunds.
All the orders are cancelled without explanation.
They probably did to get more publicity but its a big shame that this company does it again and again without being criticised or banned.
Item bought -Freelander PD80HD ; order cancelled. You can still buy on dx for double the price so there is no shortage of stock. Its a big scam
Please stay away from this site, there are better ones out there. I'm not gonna name the others, I'm not their marketing rep but DX. You will definitely be loosing my business."

"DO NOT TRUST DEAL EXTREME! THEY USE BAIT SALES TACTICS!!!!
They just had a 50% of sale for items such as the THL W8 android phone. They have then cancelled every order from everyone in Australia that ordered that phone and other high end items. They used the sale to get people to their site to buy other cheaper items.
WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM DEAL EXTREME AGAIN!
THEY SHOULD CHANGE THEIR NAME TO EXTREME WASTE OF TIME!"

"Badly executed promotion with a total lack of customer service or communication.

Bought a THL W8 Android phone, waited for 2 days with "Order Processing" only to get slapped in the face with 'Order cancelled' with no warning, no emails and no idea of what the heck is going on. I've been using DX for 4-5 years now and while their service has been patchy, this one drives the nail in the coffin.

If you value your time, don't deal with DX, they are a shadow of what they used to be. Never again, DX!"

"Poor customer service, im a first time buyer with this site and all 3 of my orders were canceled by system with no apology notice, they said it's sold out already. But those items I order are still instock when I order and i made the order and paid succesful. I doubt anyone buy from them again"

"Honestly I never expected that I would receive my product as twice I was asked whether I could wait or interested to cancel. At last it had arrived after one month+. Everything is good- Price,Package,Quality except Delivery Time.If they improve the delivery time no body can beat DX."

"I bought a USB fans,good product and beautiful and makes a good wind. The Led is blue. Good for hot days.Powered by USB port on you computer. Flexible power cord allows the fan to be positioned in any direction. Soft blades. Low noise and low power consumption. dx is amazing,pretty good quality it is!"

"It's a trust online shop. No problems to buy. Good products variety. Good prices! It's take at least a month to recive your buy. I recommend to read the reviews before buy. Some cheap products are made bad quality. But there a lot a good quality products with a good price. The staff are really helpfull and kind."
