Confirmation info was shown on a webpage once order was placed but if you did not print out the page or right down the order number there is no way to reference it and see your order status. It was the fall and i was ordering a tv stand for my new hdtv. ok so i went to yahoo! shopping and a great price came up with datavision next to it. I ordered the tv stand(supposedly in stock) and and i get no confirmation email. I called them the next day and a rude operator said \u0022they were waiting to get them from the warehouse \u0022 whatever that means. Ok so i asked them to tell me when they would come in, and they said within a week. I called back a week later and they again gave me, it be in soon. I then asked to cancel my order and they said ok. A week or two later my mom( whos creditcard it was put on) had an erroneous charge on it. She uses this creditcard for nothing but gas! There were over $600 in charges from overstock.com. Hmm my mom has NEVER been online to shop, and she never uses this card for anything but gas. Well im almost sure that datavision had something to do with this erroneous charge. They basically scamed my mother and i out of money. "Bought a Canon ZR70mc Digital Camcorder. Ordered on Monday, arrived Thursday in LA(even though i only paid for the 7-10day delivery). Actually if you see my comment below, I just bought another ZR70 a few weeks ago. I am again very impressed with their efficient service. No one called me to sell me more stuff.
