I called Danger Den and talked to a very courteous woman who agreed to add the item to the order, rather than hitting me with the shipping charges for another 5 dollar part. Not only did they go above and beyond in the service department, but also in shipping! I ordered on the 21st. Fedex delivered on the 23rd, with the standard snail rate! Granted, I\u0027m on the same coast as Danger Den, but still; they ship as quickly as they possibly can. Beyond that, the product is peerless. There is no good reason to go anywhere else. You might find some magic product that sneaks a half degree celsius off your cpu... but would you rather drive a 12 second Porsche or an 11.75 second Honda? (If you said Honda... go get a leaky waterblock. You deserve it ;-)) Suffice it to say, for myself, I will not purchase water cooling product other than Danger Den if I can ever possibly help it. Once I ordered two separate times in a matter of hours and was bummed because I would have to pay separate shipping charges, but I got an email from them saying they would combine the orders and they credited me back the shipping charge for the other order. <br><br>That, of course, brings me to the fact that I wish I was able to edit the order I had just placed so as to avoid the whole situation.<br><br>I also wish they gave the option of using UPS and not just Fedex. I was quite annoyed to find that the pump was defective. I contacted Danger Den therefore, and I still have been waiting for the pump replacement for nearly two weeks now. Even though it is now in stock again, I have had no communication from the company that has confirmed that it has sent me the defective product.<br><br>- I can forgive Danger Den for one screw up, but it has messed up my orders at least twice and has taken a ridiculous amount of time to rectify its mistakes. For instance, the DD-26 case that I had ordered came with a motherboard panel that lacked drilled holes, so that I was not able to mount it to the rest of the case. Furthermore, I had opted for the 2 5.25\u0022 Bay and expected to receive eight screws to mount my DVD Drives. I instead received four screws and had to ask Danger Den to send the screws, so that my order could be complete.<br><br>- I wish Danger Den would understand that it is a business and as such should professionally handle all orders and ensure that everything is in working order before it leaves the warehouse. Although DD Parts are pure quality, DD\u0027s service is quite flawed.<br><br>Update:<br><br>I received the new pump and Debbi, from Danger Den has told me that the screws will arrive separately in the mail. "Ordered a HTPC Tower 12 case on the 16th and found out that it's already shipping today on the 21st! Not only is that better then I was hoping for, FedEx tracking indicates it will be here on the 22nd!
It comes down to this. DangerDen is a fantastic company. They have top-notch products and go above and beyond in supporting them. I know that, a lot of people know it, and this only confirms it again in my mind that there is no where else to go for these products. Period."
