"I am not happy. Don't get me wrong the product I received was the correct product and it did work, but getting that product wasn't simple. First of all I made a purchase for one receiver and that order was canceled without contacting me because it was out of stock. The website didn't say anything about this product being out of stock. Then when I call back later to see what was available I find out that someone is on a waiting list to get the next two available. I wish someone would have notified me that being put on a waiting list was an option. The sales reps are rude and act like they don't need your business. That is unacceptable customer service and I will not be doing business with DAKmart ever again!"

"Great seller that offers great prices on electronics, Thank you so much DAKMART for the cd player, it made the perfect birthday gift. The product was absolutely wonderful, the only problem was shipping was a little slower than expected but still not horrible."

"This seller is excellent. I ordered a replacement remote for my Sony television, model RM-YD009, after I accidentally broke the original, and the replacement showed up three days after I ordered it. The price was superb, and the quality is excellent. The product is genuine and in perfect condition. I could not ask for a better product or a more reasonable price: especially for an authorized Sony Retailer. If the occasion ever arises, I will gladly order from this seller again. "

"I ordered a Denon AVR 2310CI (refurbished). It was over a week and a half before it shipped but it arrived in perfect condition. I was anxious about spending so much on a refurbished item but luckily I can report everything is great! Very relieved. So far, so good. Best price by $150+ easy."

"I ordered a UNIDEN phone from DAKMART and It was easy to order and delivery was VERY FAST.

I would order other products from this company with out any problme. I am using the phone now and it works to all my expectations."

"Overall good. Item was delayed due to shipping snafu which could have been better communicated via e mail, and took a while to resolve. When item did arrive, it was as advertised and well packaged. Good pricing and a quality item. On Dakmart site the warranty says 1 year. On the documents that came with the item, it states 90 days. I guess we'll find out for sure if it breaks!"

"Ordered DVD player after hours and called the next day to check stock. They did not have any in stock and it was not noted on website.

Representative was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Canceled order and received confirmation later that day of the cancellation. Temporary authorization was removed. Nice effort to correct out of stock order!"

"Ordered a Denon AVPA1HDCI. I called to verify that the item was still available and I talked to a very nice rep who was very helpful. It's hard to find good customer service in this day and age. The Denon arrived exactly as described double boxed and professionally packaged. The cool thing about the order was that Dakmart is a authorized Denon dealer. It was great getting this fact stated multiple times including on the original order email, sales receipt, and shipment documentation. It was reassuring to be reminded multiple times that Dakmart isn't some unauthorized dealer that would not have any warranty support. "
