"Highly Dissapointed.

DO not charge someone for rush order processing and then only ship ONE of the TWO things you ordered, but say that both were included in the shipment. DO NOT charge for something that you DID NOT SEND.

I will never order from DJDeals again and I am still waiting for a response to correct my order."

“Fake review. The manufacturer shipped this consumer one unit, and DJDeals.com shipped them the second one. According to UPS, and the manufacturer, this consumer has both items in their possession, and nobody has a clue what they are trying to claim in this review.”

"Not satisfied with customer service. Questions I emailed were answered at least a whole day or two, even 4 days later. Once I received a response they were unhelpful. Shipping took almost a whole month long; in which I'm still waiting on my shipment. This was way longer then what a customer care person told me. I was very unhappy with my first experience with DJDeals and probably will not shop here again. "

"The only way to contact dj deals is through email which they have ignored. I ordered headphones that were in stock on the Mar. 12th. They still haven't shipped. I inquired on the 18th about what was going on and got a reply that they would ship out on the 19th and that it would be accompanied by a tracking email. It is the 20th now and I don't have a tracking email. According to the chart on their website I should have gotten my headphones four days ago. Because they still haven't shipped I am expecting them nine days late assuming they ship tomorrow. I could cancel my order and buy from somewhere else but the $10 dollar cancellation fee is an insult to injury at this point. I wonder if that is how they make money. I am very upset about hopefully recieving this product at the earliest TWO WEEKS AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED. It should have taken four days. Following through with what is advertised on a webpage is important to a customer. Do yourself a favor and order from a competent company and not dj deals. Dj deals = Epic fail. "

“James ordered an out of stock Sony headphone, that Sony has none of in North America. Since we aren't Sony, we can't make the headphones exist, only SOny could have done that for him.

As far as the DJDeals.com cancellation policy, James would probably want to read and understand policies prior to posting about them publicly, as it makes his review look completely invalid when he makes up his own version of the policy.

"This was the best on line shopping experience I had.I had the best deal comparing to the other stores ,some of them told me they couldn't match the price of the Odyssey case that I had order.I am completely satisfied with DJ Deals.com with their service.Their prices are so low comparing to the other stores that I will never order anything else from any other stores .Now I make DJDeals.com my only DJ store that I will order any dj equipment I need .I will never waste my time again comparing prices .It is truly the # 1 store.for djs.I regret all the money that I spend in the other stores before I found out DJDeals.com."

"I haven't received my order or have a tracking number for when my package was to be delivered. I sent email about my order they responded saying that the order went thru and would send me a tracking number haven't received anything about my order or when will I receive it. its been almost 2 weeks they said I should receive my package in 5 days."

You then canceled your order with Odyssey because they didn't have stock, and then you wrote a review of DJDeals.com because you were mad that Odyssey, the manufacturer of of the product, because they were out of stock.”
