"I found the Cymax site easy to use, everything laid out quite clearly, everything itemized.I received my order on November 04th ordered Oct. 14th. One item is back ordered till January, a bit disappointing.The only thing that bothered me was that I received an email saying my order had been shipped when really it had only been received and the one item was back ordered so it hadn't been shipped.Otherwise I like the site and all the options. I will definitely be using it again."
"they have a varieties of home stuffs, a little cheaper than other online store, but their quality of service is very very bad. order some stuffs there and they won't deliver and when call the customer service, their really unfriendly , they tell you that they gonna get back to you in 48h for stuffs that other online reseallers track and call you within an hour or two. my friend ordered a table there and originally they said 10 days delivery, has been more than a month and no they always said we gonna talk to the manufacturer and see. well better $5 or $10 more and get stuffs from others online reseller. those in California are very professional ."

"This has to be the biggest group of ripoffs and dishonest people that i have ever dealt with and I've worked with a lot of people. It started before Christmas of 2012 and I still have not one but 2 busted up dressers that Cymax dumped on me. Their continuous stonewalling has me frustrated to the point where I am considering small claims court. So that everyone knows, Cymax expects the customer to dispose of merchandise that gets delivered broken."

"I ordered a drop leaf table on July 31 and I would say if a part had not arrived broken I would recommend this merchant highly.My table was shipped on 8-1 and received on 8-8. On 8-1 when I received the shipping notice, I realized the price had been lowered and was told they could not honor the lower price even though they have a low price guarantee. To make a very long story short, after 2 months + and 15 emails and as many phone calls and sent pictures and descriptions and wrong part shipped I received the correct part on 10-10. The ordeal was frustrating to say the least and it took way to long to resolve. I would not order from them again."

"This was probably the worst experience of my online purchasing in my life. The item arrived damaged, and the driver of FedX said "this item was not an appropriate item to ship via Federal Express, should have been shipped by a furniture carrier"! I filed a damaged claim immediately, and have gotten nothing but a run around. The last email said I would get a full refund if I donated the item to a nonprofit in the name of Cymax. The filing cabinet is broken, the top has a smashed corner, and is broken off of the cabinet. Nobody was a broken piece of furniture donated to them. It is a horrible experience, and I am going to have to call my credit card company and ask them to help me with forcing a refund. Never again would I buy from Cymax. NEVER!"
