My only complaint was not with Cymax but with Fed Ex; the driver dropped the shipment off in our driveway without even letting us know. We are both in our 70's and it was very hard to even get the package into the garage, much less into the house. We'll have to wait until this weekend when our son-in-law can come down to help us get it into the house and put it together.
