The product is fully-functional immediately, and they have 30 days to provide the info that Identit-E requires. They should be able to use the software right now, so I don't know why they would say they can't use it.
Creation Engine has also tried to contact the client in order to help her with any registration problems she might be having, but the client has not replied back.”

1. Order was received on 9/22/11 at 10:30 AM Pacific Time.
2. PayPal payment requested on 9/22/11 at 11:14 AM.
3. PayPal payment received on 9/23/11 at 6:56 AM.
4. The order was processed on 9/23/11 and emailed to the customer directly from Reallusion on 9/23 at 10:49 AM.
Based on the timeline, we're not sure where the client is coming up with a "download process of several days".”
