I have downloaded many software programs and it is typically instant. I understand needing to check the student access, but it should not take several days. After I talked to reallusion I got the software quickly (I needed it for a project) and it was good. They did respond to my inquiries somewhat slowly but I did get a response. I have the software, I am happy and all is well.<br>***************************************************************<br>When I placed the order I sat there and waited for it to download and did not receive any action.<br>I saw the paypal notice in my activity list and did not realize that it was a bill and something that needed to be submitted.<br>Typically when I order something and pay with paypal, the funds are automatically deducted and the order is fulfilled.<br>I have never had to go in and tell paypal to go ahead and fulfill the amount requested. This extra step delayed my order, and sat in my transaction list with me unaware of any action I needed to take.<br>When I did finally figure out that I actually had to release the funds, I took care of it.I got an reply saying that I would receive my download in 6-8 days!<br>THAT is where I came unglued and contacted the company to see if I could request getting the software more quickly.<br>NEVER have I had to wait on downloaded software to take as long as a hard copy. Reallusion was quick to act and I got my copy much quicker than that (as you can see from your timeline) but had I not been aggressive would I have really gotten it in the 6-8 day time frame that your reply box stated? I should hope not, but that is what you \u0022told\u0022 me in your communication online.<br>THAT is where I am getting my statements from.<br>I am happy now, I have my software and I got it much more quickly than was stated. <br>With your process being atypical of a paypal transaction and the communication possibly being different than the timeline you typically do, my frustration was justified.<br>I would most likely order from you again, but if I am \u0022told\u0022 6-8 days again, I will once again be aggressive. The reviews for Creation Engine were positive, so I took a chance. I ordered the download Saturday afternoon, had a confirmation email almost instantly, and had the product key in my email Monday afternoon. Validating my academic status as a teacher was no problem, either. I just scanned my teacher id and the link to our school website.
