"This was my first time using this reseller. I had researched many sites that offer academic pricing, but found that Creation Engine not only offered the lowest prices, I paid no tax and only a minimal shipping charge. I ordered the Wacom Intuos5 Touch Medium Pen Tablet, at the academic price. The easy to follow instructions made it painless to provide my academic requirements. And with a quick verification, I was approved in no time. I had called their customer service department with an inquiry, and had a pleasant conversation with a knowledgeable, helpful representative.
The day after my order had already been processed, I decided that I needed a protective case for the tablet. This item was not displayed on the Creation Engine site, so I e-mailed a request to the order department. I promptly received a response explaining that I could order that item through them. So I placed a second order. And to my surprise, I was not charged for extra shipping and handling. Two days later I received a package containing both items together.
Professional, pleasant and prompt. I was very satisfied with my first experience purchasing thru Creation Engine. I will definitely not hesitate to order from this site, if the opportunity arises again.
