All the coupon said was to enter in CPCSCARY at checkout, no mention that it only applies to specific products. I made the order paid with paypal, then get a e-mail saying the coupon is not valid on Lian Li cases. They offered me a 5% discount, but something seemed sketchy. They provided me a link to a webpage that disclosed the details about the coupon, and I checked to see when the webpage was created\/updated and it was the same day they sent me the e-mail.. go figure.<br><br>The live chat function is useless, I tried asking them a question regarding the shipping price and never got a response, I tried 3 different times on 1 day, and about 2 other times the following day and finally just gave up and ordered anyways.<br>I am not happy with the service they provided but they did give me a prompt refund. The holes for the screws lined up without a problem and the edge where the material was cut is covered with some type of padding to make it look good and so you don\u0027t get cut while working with it. All in all the case and the mods are flawless. I was under the impression that the cathode kit and fan guard would come installed but after I thought about it the cathode kit wasn\u0027t a big deal. "This is my first oder from CrazyPC and I was very pleased. The shipment came before scheduled and everything was as described. I ordered a water cooling system, all parts where put together by Crazy PC as a kit. This was just what I was looking for. A custom cooling kit, with out having to go throught 100s of products. Plus, the kit came with products that where very highly rated on other sites! "
