"I see that the most recent reviews seem to be mixed as well. Also, the rebuttals by the vendor do not seem to address all the issues. However, I decided to take the change. Place my order on 06/05/2013. It is now six days later and has not been shipped. The current Status is "Order Status: Awaiting item in picking".I honestly have no idea what that means or how it explains a 6 day delay in shipping. There has been absolutely no communication from Cost Captain to me since they took my money. Will wait another little while before cancelling the order and buying directly from Dell. Will be happy to write a review on how that process goes as well. I am not expecting a smooth ride based on the lack of communication to date."
"I ordered a ipad case. After a week, it was marked as shipping, but no tracking number was ever sent. I contacted them and the item was not in stock (hmmm) so they offered me a similar item, which I agreed to and received it fairly quickly.Then a month later, like another poster here, I saw a additional $29 charge on my credit card. I am letting my card company handle it."

"Ordered two items; one got here in 7 business days, the other item still has not shipped out. Ordered on 5/22, current date is 6/9. Edit: Contacted the customer support asking the status of my item. They apologized about a day later and said that the item was now being shipped out and would arrive in 1-2 business days. Don't expect fast shipment if you order from costcaptain. I don't believe they are trying to scam you out of anything though. It is slow shipping for a cheap price. Both the items I ordered were cheaper than competitors and they give you a $5 coupon. "
