After waiting for about a week I checked my order status online. The order hadn't changed from "processed" to "shipped" so I called the company's 800 number.
Zac Cooper answered the phone. He was honest and explained that this was a new product and he wasn't sure of the exact status. Basically this was a new product for Coop's Customs and Zac wasn't as familiar with the fulfillment process as he would have liked to be.
Long story short, after a couple of more phone calls Zac explained that the product was back ordered and waiting for shipment from the manufacturer. Zac also provided a date that he believed the product would ship buy in addition to explaining where the fulfillment center was so that I had a rough idea of shipment time.
So, three weeks waiting for the product to arrive. Am I happy? Well, the price was roughly 25% less that anywhere else so yes. Pricing coupled with communication saved this sale."

I got a great deal, Cass Cooper always picked up my phone calls (the 1-800 number is nice even though cell phone minutes don't cost much) The business is family owned and I support that. "There are two things you don't mess with, a man's car and a man's ordered car part. Always weary about ordering car parts online since most of the time they never have it in stock so they have to order it. So after CAREFUL searches and reviews of Coops Customs, things looked really good. They got high ratings from resellerratings.com and they had an up to date Facebook page which means they are constantly keeping up with business. This was added reassurance so I placed an order. Well that was about a month ago and my order is still listed as processed on their site. After multiple phone calls and emails, no responses of course. THANK GOD I paid with Paypal as I will be getting my money back. After reading more reviews, all the negative reviews about Coops Customs is exactly like the experience that I had. I guess if you read a few negative reviews that sound similar, that should be a clue to buyers. I should have listened to those reviews even though the price was fantastic on the parts I ordered. You would think a legitimate business like Coops Customs who had good reviews, updated Facebook page, and posts on car forums AND was looking good at the BBB wouldn't be a bust, but it was. Stay far away, even if you have to pay a few more bucks to buy elsewhere just do it and save yourself the hassle of waiting in anticipation of receiving something you are not."
