The title I was looking for was not in their stock but they said they could have it shipped from their Orlando store and ready for pick up the next day. Not bad. I like that kind of service. All the while, the gentleman was very polite and helpful. <br><br>I decided to order online and got my items quickly and for a great price. <br><br>The store is pretty big with varied inventory for the casual gamer to the hardcore, intense gamer. Very clean, well lit, and with lots of tables to host gaming sessions. Staff were very friendly and attentive. <br><br>Overall, I was very pleased with my experience. I just wish they had a closer location. However the second time I ordered from them I order the last Aspect of Tiamat they had in stock. They sent me an email the next day saying it had shipped and I saw the money was deducted from my PayPal account. Three weeks later no Aspect of Tiamat and no communication from CoolStuff. When I checked my account with them the order wasn\u0027t even listed in my account history. I then checked my PayPal account and they did refund the money, but I think that was pretty poor customer service to not inform me that they weren\u0027t sending my order and giving me a refund. The items have always arrived within 3 to 4 days each time as well. The packaging is superb, with all items arriving in perfect shape.
