"Worst people to do business with. I ordered items April 23rd. Supposedly it was shipped the 23rd also. It's May 2nd. They say it's "already been shipped," however I have not received a tracking number, I didn't receive an email from them until I told them I would cancel the payment. They are unresponsive and make false promises with their 3-8 day shipping promise. I will definitely avoid them in the future and their partners modchip.com"

"This company is totally non responsive after the sale. They are offshore (Morocco) and do not publish a customer service phone number. The online order and credit card processing happens immediately. The order is supposed to arrive from 3-6 business days via USPS. Alternate express shipping via UPS is "available". I have not received the order as of 2/7, nor have I received any email replies to my inquiries. I don't know if the product was back ordered or if it was shipped and lost or if the company is just a scam ripoff joint. I am debating on canceling the credit card transaction. Others have reported similar experiences but some have reported receiving their orders."
