Looking at the condition of the drum, it looked as if they didn\u0027t even bother to clean it up to say it is refurbished. Compared to what they shipped me, my 2 yr old drum looked like new.<br>It had a \u0022Compatible\u0022 sticker right above the Brother logo. When I called to report this and request a return authorization, the guy was so rude. Beware and avoid ordering anything from this Company.
