This was advertised as a new open box. As for the missing item I am not sure why it is missing but in any case I have put a note in your file to fully refund you for the TV. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions or concerns. Thank you.”
"sold me a "new" samsung tv... turns out to be an open box/demo model, but not previously disclosed to me. TV is missing the connector between the base and unit, and is unusable. I can return at MY expense for STORE CREDIT. I'll be speaking to a friend at the AG's office tomorrow."
