"I find shopping with CompUSA to be easy and the pricing is generally great. Orders are delivered on time and well packaged. The return policy which I have only needed once was fair and easy as well. The rebate center is a great feature and the reminder on the receipt is very helpful. I continue to use the services of CompUSA."

"Horrible business services department... We ordered 5 computers from their business services department over a week ago and still havent received all of the components. We have been buying all of our office supplies and equipment online for over 7 years through Dell, Amazon, etc., we gave CompUSA a shot and are very upset we did.. "

"It is a excellent site for reviewing and purchasing electronics.

I did not do enough research for my last purchase otherwise I would have bought a set of powerline adapters rather than just one.

I did not see a installation guide for their use.

"2 Days Delivery as promised was not completed because of the need to verify credit card information. This should have been said up front so that the customers expectation could be managed. Instead an e-mail was sent after the fact and this was not noticed until 3 days later when I started to question why we had not received the order as yet. Process Improvement: Sometime reach out to the customer by phone if e-mail responses are not received after three days. Other than that, the ease of purchase, the ease of review of the products, the simplicity and clarity of the instructions to follow were excellent. Great being a cutomer of yours."
