They sent an email that said they had sent the package and it would arrive in 12 business days after 5 days I placed the order.
I have not got the parcel after 12 business days. Called the representative and he told me the order has been shipped, but they couldn't provide a tracking number.
I believe they didn't shipped the order because they didn't provide a tracking number even I asked several times. And my credit card was charged "
