reply posted Apr-12-2011 “I'm sorry but as we advised you earlier, the particular belt you ordered was out of stock. I'm showing you emailed on Wed. when we were already closed for the day. We returned your email that next morning and you then sent us several other emails that same day--we responded to the 4 other emails you sent that same day. You requested to cancel your order and did so immediately without issue.”

reply posted Mar-04-2011 “I checked into this order and saw that this item was listed as backordered on our website and to contact before ordering. I'm sorry if you missed that information, but we did immediately special ordered the backordered item. When you contacted us for a refund you were refunded the same day. Unfortunately refunds via credit card processing time varies depending on your bank and credit card processing companies that manage these transactions. This is standard no matter where you do business. I am sorry for your frustration with the order.”

reply posted Mar-04-2011 “I'm sorry for the frustration over the backordered mace pouch. As we advised you both we and the manufacturer were out of stock of this item. You always had the option to cancel for a full refund which we reminded you when you contacted us. You told us would like to wait for the item to come back in stock. Once the manufacturer had them in stock, the item was sent to you immediately. I'm sorry that they took so long.”

There is no way to speed it up or offer a faster service. I'm sorry that it took so long for your order to reach you.”

reply posted Mar-17-2011 “I'm sorry for the long wait for your boots, but as we advised you, both we and the manufacturer were out of stock of this item. We again offered to cancel the order and you elected to wait it out. When you emailed us several times starting Friday evening 1/29 and all through the weekend, I don't think you noticed that we are closed on weekends. As soon as we opened on Monday morning we responded immediately.”
"Cannot contact Code 3 Tactical Supply for over five days now. They make it sound like it would be easy to communicate thru their website "live chat" button but this is not the case. Shortly after processing my order I received a call from my bank saying there were fraudulent charges on my account. Not sure if it was because of this purchase or not but around the same time. I am wanting a refund on my purchase but the card number I used is no longer the same as I had to have my bank send me a new card."
