"Do not order from this website. I place an order for a pair of handcuffs on 06/27/12. I did not get any shipping tracking number or order updates. As of 07/11/12, still no cuffs. They were supposed to be a gift, and now it was too late. I emailed then asking why it was taking so long and to just cancel my order. I got no apology or any sort of explanation. All I got was a standard order cancelled email. This place is garbage, beware. They deserve 0 stars."

"I haven't had any updates or responses to my requests for updates on my order. It has taken far too long in my opinion, ordered 01-08-2012, told it was back order 3-7 days 01-11-2012, still waiting with no responses, no product, nothing except they did bill my credit card and this is 01-24-2012. Now 02-02-2012. I did receive the light on 01-30-2011, but no holster. According to customer service, the holster is back ordered from manufacturer and they offered to credit my card and cancel that part of my order. Still no credit on card although they say they did. Credit card says they have no record of credit and it does not show on statement. Code3tactical did admit to an "Unknown reason" for my order to "Get lost in the shuffle". However, it looks very much like they use customer money from the moment you place an order with them (credit card charged immediately) and that they utilize very poor business practices. Sara did attempt to make this situation right. However, it was a poor attempt and the credit card still has no credit for items not received. Of course she sent me a coupon for a future order. There will be no future orders from me. Ordered the same holster from another merchant on 01-30-2012 and it is out for delivery today 02-01-2012.Beware of Code3tactical. "

"My experience was similar to other negative reviews on these guys. I placed an order and was not told the item was on back-order for a week after. The item was not shipped out when I was notified it would be, and I have been waiting for over a month now to receive my order. Shop elsewhere.In response to Code 3's comment:I went back and checked my emails. You are correct, it was not a week later that I heard about the backorder. I apologize. Below is the exact chrono-sequence from the emails I received. I'd say your system has some hiccups to say the least...12/8/2011 2:53pm - Item ordered (according to your confirmation).**Did not received notification that item was backordered at time of order.**12/12/11 10:47am - Received backorder notice. Email noted that the order would be delayed 3-7 days.12/30/11 8:59am – received first receipt for purchase along with notice that order had gone to shipping.1/2/2012 12:11pm – received email with tracking # and note that item had shipped within last 48hrs.1/4/2012 1:12pm – received another email stating that order was updated to status of shipped.1/6/2012 11:33am – received notice from Postal Service that item was actually accepted for shipment on 1/5/2012 1:28am.1/11/2012 1:42pm – Item ordered on 12/8/2011 has still not arrived."

Who responded that they had one in stock & to order it on-line & to reply to their e-mail an they will make sure i got it. i did within 3 days, from Wi to CA. I placed another order for 511 boots and their coupon code gave me a 10% on whole order not just boots & they left it as is. they also sent a 511 ball cap that asked for without charging me for it. great operation and excellent customer service"
"I read these reviews "after" I had placed my order for a SERPA Level-3 left handed tactical holster by Blackhawk and immediately became concerned over the order I had just placed several days prior.Happily I found the contrary of all the negatives I read here and found their customer service to be prompt and attentive. Even though I had an email notification stating back order of my item, it still shipped within 2-3 days and they kept me updated throughout the process, up and through delivery.Based on my experience I would happily order again from them."

"I orded a nylon/velcro inner belt for my outer-duty belt. I just wanted to try out the velcro inner, as opposed to a normal western style belt, to try out the comfort and manueverability of it. I went for it only becuase it was such a cheap belt, honestly, I prefer just using a regular belt and belt keepers!"

"I ordered an item from their website on the fourth and status changed to back ordered two days later. The company stated a 5-12 day delay. Well the item didn't ship until the 24th and still has not arrived. So not too impressed.Received email from costumer service rep named Sara. She offered to refund shipping and add gift certificate for my trouble. I agreed so, costumer service gets an up check and item stocking is still flat. I will try their. service one more time to check consistancy."
