"Cannot contact Code 3 Tactical Supply for over five days now. They make it sound like it would be easy to communicate thru their website "live chat" button but this is not the case. Shortly after processing my order I received a call from my bank saying there were fraudulent charges on my account. Not sure if it was because of this purchase or not but around the same time. I am wanting a refund on my purchase but the card number I used is no longer the same as I had to have my bank send me a new card."

“I'm sorry but as we advised you earlier, the particular belt you ordered was out of stock. I'm showing you emailed on Wed. when we were already closed for the day. We returned your email that next morning and you then sent us several other emails that same day--we responded to the 4 other emails you sent that same day. You requested to cancel your order and did so immediately without issue.”

I'm sorry if you missed that information, but we did immediately special ordered the backordered item. When you contacted us for a refund you were refunded the same day. Unfortunately refunds via credit card processing time varies depending on your bank and credit card processing companies that manage these transactions. "What a worthless company, I am on day 42 of waiting for one mace holder. All the BS on their site about back order is a lie. They charge you right away which is rediculous since the item isnt even existent yet. Long list of excuses and a threat of send collections after you if you dispute the charge. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!"

You always had the option to cancel for a full refund which we reminded you when you contacted us. You told us would like to wait for the item to come back in stock. Once the manufacturer had them in stock, the item was sent to you immediately. I'm sorry that they took so long.”
"Got the gloves I ordered from them at more or less the same price available from other sellers. Took a long time to actually arrive, not sure if it is their shipping methods, or they took their sweet time getting it to the mail. Some delay is understandable with being overseas in an APO address, but this just seemed to take forever. Would not recommend if you are in anything close to a hurry."

"I ordered a hat and a pair of pants. It is now June 15, and it's still apparently on route from the manufacturer. It's been on route since May 22! I should have realized that the huge FAQ of back orders on their sight was a warning and shouldn't have ordered from them. I won't in the future. Now I'm just wondering if this site is real and if they ripped me off. I'll call them once a month has gone by to see what the hell is taking so long.Update: June 23 I was able to talk to someone via live chat. I canceled one item due to the back order time (Not available til Aug 20) and should be expecting the other item in 10 days. So, it should be a total of 40 days from the time I ordered and as it stands, I forgot to ask them about my shipping charges, but I'm assuming they will still charge me.Update: June 30I was informed via email from customer service that the pants will take longer. Since I'm leaving for Hawaii soon, I decided to cancel my order and get a full refund (Code 3 Tactical does charge your card even if your items are on backorder). So, that's it. I got nothing from Code 3 Tactical, but excellent customer service. Special thanks to Daryl and Sara at Code 3 Tactical.Update:Code 3 Tactical Supply shipped my order at no cost to me. Very unexpected, Thank you very much!"

"Ordered a watch from these guys 4/20/2010, and didn't hear back from them for a couple days, at which time they told me my item was on backorder. I looked on their site for a phone number and couldn't find one, but saw lots of bad reviews online and got worried.All turned out well and my order arrived 4/29. Unfortunately, I don't like the watch and I'm returning it, but that's another story!"
"Order a pair of swat from this company and was told they were out of stock. A email saying were on back order and coming 3-5 days. Mistake on email and saying the were wrong on the dates. They boots would longer to get know. So cancel order and was told I was refund in full. A bunch of liars. Haven't receive refund yet. Never buy from this company. They take your money when products are on backorder. Other company don't take your money until a item is in stock. Don't waste your time with them. Buy from someone else instead. Email several times about my refund and respond with the same answer everytime. What a scam and ripoff."
"Horrible ongoing experience. I ordered a pair of boots from Code 3 Tactical Supply Jan 22, 2010. After my order was submitted I received a notice saying that they were back ordered and en route from manufacturer which I willingly accepted because they had the cheapest price on them I could find. A couple days later I sent them an email asking when they expected to have them back in stock. They replied saying that they expected them that next Friday the 29th. That is the last that I heard from them. No boots and my order status still states they are en route from the manufacturer. I have sent them at least 10 emails since the 29th with no reply other than their automated response. Sent them a last email today to cancel my order and still waiting to hear something. Would call them but have been unable to find a valid phone # for them yet. Stay away from these guys and go with someplace more reputable. You might pay a few more dollars but it will be well worth it. "

When you emailed us several times starting Friday evening 1/29 and all through the weekend, I don't think you noticed that we are closed on weekends. As soon as we opened on Monday morning we responded immediately.”
