"I ordered a ZAK Tool cuff key extension. It was supposed to be a green one, but it was a black one and it was totally different than the one I had selected on the website. Not very happy about this at all. Then, after ordering I was sent a tracking number for USPS of 9400111201080758681965. the message when looking this code up on USPS is as follows: Status: DeliveredYour item was delivered at 11:58 am on October 24, 2012 in GLENDALE HEIGHTS, IL 60139. Additional information for this item is stored in files offline."FUNNY!!! I didn't even order the item until July of 2013, so how could it be delivered in 2012?!?!?!?!All in all I am very displeased with ordering from this site and highly doubt I will order anything from here in the future. Oh yeah, and after emailing their customer service about the tracking number issue, I have yet to hear anything about it. Poor customer service!!!"
“The key ring you ordered only comes in the color black and is not available in the color green. I understand you thought by looking at the picture that it was green. Although we've sold several hundred of these without ever having an issue, we offered to pay for return shipping and offered a full refund and you refused telling us we do not know what we are talking about. I am sorry for your frustration and don't know what we could have done differently. When I ran the USPS tracking # below it does show successful delivery to your Clarksville, TN address. I do not know why you had an issue when you visited the USPS website.”
"ordered some ammo 4/8/13 and was told after I ordered it that it was on national backorder and it would take 1-8 weeks for it to come in... still no word on when to expect it and they will NOT answer the phone. An email said it could be another 8 or more weeks but no time frame would be given. I was told they would refund my money but at this point I just want what I ordered!! Very poor customer service. I have asked that they call me more than once and they will not.update 7/2/13Because I gave them a bad review they have canceled my order and saying they dont owe me a refund because they never charged my card!!! "I ordered CCI/Blazer 9mm 115 Grain Full Metal Jacket ammunition from Code3Tactical. I was not in urgent need of the ammunition, but it was refreshing that Code3Tactical posted on their website before I ordered that the ammunition was on national backorder and would not arrive for 2-8 weeks. I was pleasantly surprised when the ammunition arrived after only 3 1/2 weeks, as I had anticipated a longer wait. I am also now a loyal customer to Code3Tactical because they have not raised their prices of ammo as much as local shops and they are honest about the long wait for ammo, unlike a lot of other online stores I've purchased for. I will definitely work with Code3Tactical again."

"Terrible place to order from.Placed online order on April 5, 2013 for 2 pair of Tru-Spec 24-7 Series Mens Tactical Pants (Poly/Cotton) size 38 x 32.Today is May 13, 2013.5 full weeks since I placed my order.I was 1st notified that item was out of stock.Then item was on a short backorder.Then item was en route from manufacturer.Wait, and wait, and wait some more.I finally asked to have my order cancelled which was the easiest part of this transaction. I'll give them credit for cancelling my order for me without a hassle, but come on, 5 weeks?I could have gone to Texas, picked the cotton, and spun my own pants in 5 weeks.Maybe these guys have a good brick and mortar store?, but online retailers they are not."
"I ordered two shirts on 03/15/2013 from code three tactical. As of today 04/22/2013, 38 days later, I still DO NOT HAVE MY SHIRTS.I have sent multiple emails, as they do not answer a landline, and have been told to wait or canel the order. The one thing that has happened, besides my level of frustration rising, is that code three tactical was paid my money and HAS NOT DELIEVERED.I will never spend one more dollar with this company again. I recommend that anyone considering doing business with them to stop and spend the extra $8-$12 dollars you will save and go with a reputable company.Follow up April 29, 2013.Still no shirts but an email from code three tactical saying the manufacture sent the wrong items to them and again I can cancel. I have waited 40+ days for two shirts and they claim the wrong shirts were sent. This company is a fraud and has not refunded my money or emailed me back since.If you are military or a LEO avoid these guys as they are not worthy of a dinar let alone US currency.I will continue to update this as well as start multiple other posts on the other reviews, forums and websites until they resolve this.Update 05/01/2013Still no shirts but I have made contact with the business and they are now stating that they are unable to get them. I asked for and was told I will be receiving a refund, however I am not going to wait around for that like I did these shirt and have disputed the charge.After waiting for a month and a half the business said sorry and offered me a $25 credit for a knife,...really? We've had the ammo on order with the manufacturer long before you placed your order with us. Our website also advised of the ammo shortage before you placed your order?Also I checked and your credit card was never charged. It was authorized at the time of purchase and that authorization hold falls off your account within a couple days of placing your order. Authorization holds are done by your own bank and is out of our control.We too are frustrated with the national shortage on ammo.”
