Delivery was so quick that I was not ready to take it the first day they wanted to deliver it which was also a great surprise. I was expecting it to come by the end of the week and they were ready to bring it on tuesday.<br><br>I did not realize the delivery service included setup so I just took it at the garage but the guys were more than willing to bring it in the house if I had asked. "I had a very good experience working with Cleveland Plasma in purchasing an LG 50PK750 TV. Chris was very courteous and conscientious and answered all of my questions with clarity. I had my set calibrated before shipping, and Chad was both polite and informative in my communications with him as well. Finally, the shipping company contracted by Cleveland Plasma (Manna) delivered my set in perfect shape, was patient during my inspection and power-on, and even helped me move it to my desired location. All in all, a definite 5 star experience."
