"Lights were nice. Received on time. Several bulbs were burned out, had to change immediately. No directions as to which bulb to change to make the lights trinkle. Overall, pleased with purchase."

"It was a couple of weeks before Christmas and I was quickly reminded (as I pulled out the decorations) that I needed to replace several strings of light which were several years old. I wanted the same type of lights that I already had which were chasing lights with a controller. I rushed to the store only to find that there was not any product even close to the product that I had and desired to replace. I did not want to shop around and the Holiday was approaching. After doing an internet search, I found this company and ordered similar lights on-line. It was a pleasant experience. The products are of good quality, reasonably priced and they shipped fast (I had new lights in time for Christmas):). I was quite satisfied with my purchase; however, I have 2 suggestions: (1) it would be nice to have the female connectors on the other end of the strand and (2) offer white wire light sets for indoor decorating (did not see any on site)."

"Just spent over $1,000. within 6 days with these people. Second order accidentally got processed without including my 10% discount that was given to me after the first order. Phoned customer service within 4 hrs of processing the order to ask that they adjust the accounting and apply the 10% discount. Manager told customer service repr that it was "too late!"
Too late? Really? Never encountered anything like this. Very short-sighted decision for sure. Beware people! Will never order from these people again."

"The Christmas C7 flashing bulbs arrived quickly (the day I expected) We are currently enjoying them flashing around our front door and on our Christmas tree. They are difficult to find in the stores. Ordering on line from Christmas lights Etc was easy. Pay Pal made it even easier. Would recommend their service.

"I ordered 2 sets of Red lights on white wire and the one set could not use because the wires were crossed and the lights were not in a straight line. Threw the box away with the address to return them, so they are now in the basement in a box! Was not happy with the order"

"The products we received were fine, but i was very disapointed with the service. A couple of days after we put our orderwe received part of it. A week after I called customer service and they told me the other half of the order was on the way. Since I received nothing in a week, I called again and it turn out the second half of the order was never put it. Hence, the first agent lied to me; not nice...."

"I ordered 6 sets.Three of them arrived in good order, and
a couple even came with extra bulbs. But three of them had a couple of non working bulbs and the replacement bulbs provided did not work either. At the price, not too bad, but I would gladly have paid a little more for a higher quality."

"We received the C7 size twinkle lights in plenty of time for X'mas and they work great: just like the ones we had when I was a kid (which for some reason you can't find in stores anymore - thank goodness for Internet merchants). The colors are nice and deep - assume that's from being "triple-dipped". About the only negative is that one or two of the light seem defective but even so they were well worth the price and we've still got plenty of spare bulbs to last us awhile. Highly recommended."

"I have actually visited your site several times & decided to give it a try. Changing direct with the way we decided to decorate outside, we went with big & large pieces in order to light up a bigger area in the yard. A beautiful 9 foot tree with 6 different light patterns, 2 Palm trees a 7 footer & a 4 1/2 which we love (they have been a hit with all our friends) everyone wants to know where we got them. The plan is to add another 3-4 pieces each year till we complete the entire yard, front & back .... this was the front. We didn't complete the front because we first wanted to see the quality of the products first & the money wasn't the issue if we liked the decorations, and what we ordered wasn't cheap either. There nice & we may order again, everything is made in China and some of the products had small problems. One of the legs on the large Palm Tree had part of the stand broken off, and on the small Palm the top wouldn't light up because the electrical plug in had a broken prong. We managed to get it working by placing a small piece of a paper clip in the prong socket. We thought about returning it but from the web-site you could only return it we would much rather had exchanged it for another or at least replace the top. Tried calling the 800 number but no one ever answered, it just said all operator were busy. All & all not a bad experience, but not the best either. When your spending money on items that are $150.00 to $250.00 a pop you just expect a little more especially from a company that just does Christmas. I turly undecided, I might look around, but I might be back, I at least know what to expect ... thanks sincerely Vince"
